There truly aren’t enough words to describe how much Lover’s Collective means to us.

From the moment we connected, we felt something special and that feeling only grew stronger throughout the entire experience. Planning a wedding in Puerto Rico at El Convento was such a meaningful chapter for us, and they didn’t just document it… they became part of it.

Their energy is something you can’t teach — calm, grounding, joyful, and so genuinely kind. On a day that can feel overwhelming, they made everything feel effortless and easy. They guided us with such creativity and confidence during portraits, while also capturing the most beautiful, emotional candid moments we didn’t even realize were happening.

Somewhere along the way, they stopped feeling like vendors and started feeling like friends. We truly fell in love with the team, their hearts, their artistry, their presence. They understood my vision in a way that felt intuitive and brought it to life beyond anything I imagined.

The turn around time has been amazing and we started received content the night of our wedding! From what we’ve received of our gallery thus far, we’ve cried tears of appreciation and happiness. The photos are breathtaking, romantic, editorial, timeless, and filled with so much emotion. They didn’t just capture how our wedding looked… they captured how it felt. And that is the greatest gift.

We are endlessly grateful for Lover’s Collective. Working with them was one of the best decisions we made, and we will cherish not only our photos, but the experience of working with them, forever.

Edwin from Lover's Collective was truly our dream wedding photographer. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to hire him to capture our day. He was incredibly professional, calm, and easygoing, and brought such positive energy to every interaction: from our initial meetings all the way to the actual wedding day.

Edwin was always open to creative ideas, even last-minute ones on the wedding day, and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. He easily adapted to last-minute changes in our timeline and made a genuine effort to collaborate and get along with the rest of our wedding team, which made the entire day feel seamless. Multiple family members and our bridal party mentioned how much they liked having him as our photographer. He was truly invested in capturing every special moment of our day. His documentary and storytelling style, combined with his incredible creative eye, resulted in stunning photos that perfectly reflect the emotion and vibe of our wedding.

On top of all that, he delivered our photos very quickly. Edwin’s talent, personality, and professionalism make him an absolute joy to work with and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.

We chose Edwin to photograph our elopement in San Juan, and we were so happy that we did! We had so much fun venturing around Escambrón and Viejo San Juan with him, he made the entire experience truly enjoyable! Our photos turned out incredible and brought us right back to that amazing day. If you are looking for an awesome photographer and dreamy photos, Edwin is the man!

Words can’t describe how grateful we are about Edwin’s services. He is so creative and understood the vision that me and my wife had for our wedding and engagement pictures. In addition to that, he was ready with his camera during the whole ceremony and reception capturing every smile, hugs, special conversations during all of the special moments, with family and friends.

One special moment that I’ll never forget was that my father couldn’t make it to the wedding because he was sick and he took the initiative to capture every moment that I was outside on a video call with him. That meant the world to me.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Lover's Collective for my wedding this past weekend. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful and from the moment I connected with Edwin at Lover's Collective that stress went away. All my questions were answered promptly and service was provided as expected and then some! We worked with Joseph, on the day of our event and he was was friendly, professional, and very flexible. The weather was not in our favor for the day of our event but Joseph showed up and was willing to help and accommodate to the weather needs, being able to capture the key moments of the day we wanted, rain and all.

We choose to have a second photoshoot during our stay in Puerto Rico in which we worked with Edwin in Old San Juan. Edwin made us feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. It felt like as though my husband and I were on a date and it was being capture in real time. We cant wait to see all our images!

We loved every second working with Lover's Collective. I do not have one bad thing to say regarding Lover's Collective. I would HIGHLY recommend Edwin at Lover's Collective.

Edwin was AMAZING since day one (literally–I found him like a day after getting engaged). My now-husband and I planned a tiny wedding in Old San Juan with only 4 guests, so finding someone who fit in with our group was just as important as the finished product. It was an intimate celebration so personality mattered to us! It felt like we had a friend coming along our entire wedding day. Because we don't live in PR we didn't have a chance to meet him in person before the big day but he was a completely natural fit in respect to our group dynamic. And he captured every moment spectacularly!

Not only is he super organized and responsive, he's incredibly creative and easy to get along with. We now consider him a friend! I can't say enough good things. Thank you Edwin!!

If you're thinking about booking him, do not hesitate–he's the best!

Edwin was incredible to work with! From our engagement photos to our wedding day I cannot recommend him enough. We even had to unfortunately reschedule our wedding due to my husband’s military service and Edwin was more than understanding. He was supportive and communicative and luckily our new date matched up and we were able to still work together.

For the big day, every prop and silly idea I wanted he captured effortlessly. He understood our vision and style and does such a wonderful job capturing raw, real, rare moments that happen on your wedding day. Our sneak peek BLEW my socks off and I can’t wait to see the whole dang album!

Edwin photographed our engagement shoot and our wedding and we cannot recommend him enough! He is remarkably talented and truly tells your love story through his photography. I cried up when I saw our first few pictures; they were unimaginably beautiful and definitely captured the love between my husband and I. When working with him, his passion, patience and kindness made us feel relaxed and reassured. We didn’t ever feel rushed or uncomfortable.
The quality of his work speaks for itself, and I cannot emphasize how wonderful he is as a person. Spending the whole day with him was a highlight in itself.

If you are getting married in Puerto Rico, you must book him immediately. I do not even know where to begin. I have photographed around 70 weddings so picking a photographer was very difficult and I took it very seriously.

Lover's Collective (Edwin) is an absolute genius, his work is the best on the island and it's not close. He is an artist. His style is a little like ethereal film documentary. He's also a world class human. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process.

If you want staged details/photos/family portraits you'll have to be very direct because he's focused on the art and the vibes (which is what you want) But man, He understands composition and light and is just a dream to work with.

I have a feeling he will be very hard to book in the coming years so act fast and adjust your venue dates based on when he is available :)
