We got cupcakes for our wedding and they were amazing. We had six different flavors (our two favorites that we had were the chocolate caramel and the confetti) and they were able to accommodate so many different changes that we wanted. So professional and so kind! We love Lovee’s!

We ordered a cake for my daughter’s 7 birthday and had to cancel because we could not make it out to Utah because of weather. We called her the day after we paid and said we can’t make it because of the weather and she said she already made the cake. We weren’t suppose to pick up the cake until Friday and she said she already made a cake on Wednesday and couldn’t refund. I called and left her a message Wednesday night asking for a call back and she never called back I had to send her a text Friday tell her I expect a call back by Saturday. She called back on Saturday and was rude and would not talk with out talking over me. No where on the invoice does it say that there’s no refunds. I said if you made the cake then send me a picture of it and she said that the cake wasn’t never finished even though that’s why she said she would not refund the money. So she lied to me.

The proprietor stated that it was signed for and she has no accountability. No apologizing no effort at all to help with this horrible problem.

horrible service we picked up a wedding cake and was told it does not be refrigerated and would travel just fine... we got to the venue an hour away and both ther middle and top tiers fell into the bottom tier... the cake had been secured on ther travel...we called to asked what can be done no apologies just told that we signed that we received it no matter the condition which is unacceptable now we have to fix the cake on our own... do not get a wedding cake here!
