Carl of Longfooter Productions is a highly talented and creative videographer. We had two in person meetings with Carl prior to the wedding. Carl was able to roll with our very non-traditional wedding and fully embraced both the performance nature of our ceremony and the Halloween theme of our reception.
Carl arrived at the ceremony over two hours before the start time in order to set up. He placed three still cameras at various locations around the sanctuary and used a hand held camera to capture footage of our guests arriving.
For the reception Carl utilized two still cameras that he moved around as necessary to capture all of the highlights (cake cutting, speeches, etc.) and continued using his handheld camera to move around the crowd and record close up views. Carl was completely present without ever being conspicuous. When we saw the finished product there were many times when I exclaimed "I didn't see him filming that!"
As part of our package we were able to choose a song to have a montage of the day set to. The song we picked was slightly difficult to work with but Carl persevered and the end result is amazing. Carl's pricing for the amount and quality of his work is more than reasonable. Compared to other area vendors we feel we got better service and a better product for price that didn't break our budget.
