This photographer was horrible to work with. Once she received my contract & deposit, she stopped responding to emails and phone calls. She always had an excuse as to why she was not answering. First, her computer broke, then her email was down, then her phone was not working, etc. That still does not explain the fact she ignored all messages for two weeks at a time. Eventually, I decided to cancel with her. She stated she would refund my deposit in FULL. Three weeks later, no deposit, she won't answer calls, won't answer emails, and I am out $400. Thank god I did not actually use her for my wedding! She probably would not have shown up! HORRIBLE! Brides be warned. You will regret ever contacting her.
