My review is actually about the prompt customer service that I received. I'd placed an order for a whiskey decanter as a groomsman gift via Etsy. Shortly after my order the owner of the shop contacted me to let me know about a production delay that would affect my delivery date. We exchanged a few messages and I ultimately decided to cancel my order because the delivery date would have been after my wedding, but they were super helpful and responsive to me needs, and gave me a no-hassle full refund.

Sometimes all you want in life is someone that is flexible and works well with you. I would recommend this vendor to anyone, especially those who are getting wedding gifts at the last minute where speedy customer service is a must!
