LF (and Katie and her assistant) are amazing! We had the most beautiful and seamless wedding experience ever and way more than we could have asked for---especially when you consider how reasonably priced LF is compared to other DMV planners. I think what makes Katie even better is that she never gets rattled or makes you as the bride feel stressed out--instead she handles everything perfectly and without dropping a beat. From finding us the absolute perfect group of vendors-- to making sure all of the crazy things we wanted to set-up on the day of the wedding were handled and perfectly executed--- to keeping us on track the day of with everything on our schedules--LF was perfect and our wedding was (selfishly) I think the best most perfect and beautiful day I'll ever have in my entire life. If I could get married again tomorrow, LF would be the first vendor I would hire:)

Katie was incredible. She kept my partner and I on task and worked in concert with our vendors to ensure a smooth wedding weekend at Tacaro Estate. She made recommendations for vendors that are familiar with the venue. I felt so relaxed because of her presence which allowed me to be present and enjoy the day. Highly recommend her and her team. We didn’t have a planner for our wedding, so I was pretty overwhelmed as the day grew closer. We hired L F Weddings as our day of coordinator a little over one month before the wedding day. During that month, Kathryn was so kind, responsive, and her suggestions made my decisions much easier to make. On the wedding day, she was there for me, ready to help at all times. I would definitely recommend this company.

Katie of LF Weddings was phenomenal. We lost our original wedding coordinator just a few months out from wedding day and we’re a bit panicked. We found Katie thankfully, and she was the best investment we made! We did her partial package and she was so helpful in keeping us organized, coordinating with vendors, and helping the day run smooth overall. She always answered my million questions and was very communicative. She had tons of great advice and suggestions too. Katie went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went as planned. I literally had no stress the day of because she handled it all. I got so many compliments from my other vendors, family and friends about how great she was. Even better, she was so chill and managed the day like it was nothing! I can’t recommend LF weddings enough, Katie is truly the reason our wedding went as well as it did.

Katie is amazing. where do I even start? she is very organized, attentive, and detail oriented. She made sure to always be available for discussion regarding the plan. We had several text messages exchange and zoom meetings. she reached out to all of our vendors and introduced herself so they knew their roles and who to contact on the day of the event. she worked with our pastor closely as well and our venue. I went to see the venue and to my surprise, Katie was there as well. I love that she takes the initiative to go above and beyond. she drove the distance from the church to the reception so we could coordinate how much time it takes got get from one to the other with and without traffic. I forgot my marriage license the morning of the ceremony and she reminded me. I forgot rose petals and she ran to the store to buy it for me that morning. Katie is so good at what she does I will definitely hire her for other events in the future! Honestly, she needs to raise her prices because she is worth it. Thanks Katie! Love bell and Jordan!

I often read reviews that say, “we couldn’t have done it without her” and in this case it is absolutely true. We hired Katie as our day of coordinator, but she did so much more, often coming to our house (where the wedding was) in the months ahead for meetings even though it was a long trip. On the wedding day, she worked non-stop and always with a smile and a great attitude. She was very professional and easy to work with. She helped make it a perfect day and I recommend her very much!
