Morgan Hall was very professional. He worked with us to personalize our ceremony perfectly. He also looks very professional

When my fiancé and I were planning our wedding, we had a hard time finding someone to marry us. While we were both raised in church, we did not currently attend one so we did not have a preacher to marry us. But we did not want a justice of the peace, because that person would seem like a stranger. I finally found Morgan Hall online and contacted him. He immediately responded and we set up a time to meet. Morgan was nothing but professional and told us over and over that it was “our day” and we could do anything we wanted. This was so nice to hear! Knowing he had performed hundreds of weddings and that he really aimed to get to know the couple beforehand was very important to us. He let me help design our ceremony also. We wanted a combination of the secular and traditional ceremony. It was also very important to us to include vows that incorporated our three-year-old son. Morgan was able to achieve all of this. The ceremony he wrote for us met every expectation. Additionally, he was so quick to respond to my numerous emails throughout the planning process, which I truly appreciated.

When Morgan performed our ceremony, it was nothing short of wonderful. I was a very emotional bride, and he kept whispering little supportive statements that truly helped me relax. I was told numerous times by guests that the ceremony was perfect- just the right length and so personal. It was a ceremony completely made for Scott and me. I am so glad Morgan was able to perform our wedding. The day was wonderful, and I know part of that was due to Morgan’s ability to keep us happy, calm, and deliver a truly exceptional ceremony.

Morgan did an absolutely great job for our wedding. We identified Morgan as a possibility from internet research, and my wife called him and arranged a meeting over lunch. Instantly on the phone she could tell that he was very engaging and had a genuine interest in making our wedding day as special as possible. This was confirmed over lunch, as we both had a great rapport with him and decided to look no further. In developing our ceremony, Morgan provided a few examples, and we worked from there to tailor it. It was important to us to have a ceremony that represented us as a couple, and where we requested Morgan to provide his insight and input, he had great ideas and a deft touch with words. We really enjoyed working with Morgan -- so much about a wedding is stressful, but absolutely nothing related to the ceremony was! Things can get pretty out of hand when planning a wedding…even a small one. If one detail changes, it can have a rippling effect on all the other details. With less than 3 weeks to our wedding we were suddenly left without someone to officiate it. After spending a week of trying to reassure my fiancé (now lovely wife) that everything was going to turn out just fine…I finally remembered that I was offered the services of Morgan Hall. Morgan was recommended to me at the time Tammy and I first announced our wedding. At that time we had someone to officiate the wedding so we didn’t take advantage of his services. I was so lucky to remember that because from the moment I remembered Morgan everything changed. Tammy and I both breathed a sigh of relief. She could finally go back to focusing on all the finer details of planning the wedding…and I could rest easy knowing she wasn’t stressed. Morgan worked with us for about two weeks (back and forth through email). He would offer suggestions on a ceremony and then allow us to tailor it to our exact desires. He is very easy and fulfilling to work with…Every thing worked out fine in the end. Even on the day of the wedding Morgan told me, “No matter what happens everything is going to be just fine and just how we want it”. The music didn’t work ….we did a workaround for it….my best man (my 10 year old son) lost the ring….and we worked through it…at one point while performing the ceremony, Morgan was explaining to my sons (groomsmen) how they would be a “vital” part of the family. My 10 year old stopped him and asked what does “vital” mean…and without missing a beat and with complete sincerity Morgan looked him in the eye and said (in the kindest, most reassuring way), “It means Important…” and carried right on. It was the most fun and entertaining wedding I’ve ever been a part of…and thank you Morgan for being there to keep us all composed through the hilarity….we’ll never forget you.

They were very quick to return my phone call and were available on short notice. Easy service by choosing a script from their website.
I decided not to meet him before hand. Also decided that he would not be needed at our rehearsal (to save $50).
The plan was to come to the park, call me and meet us right before the wedding. He did not call me and after worrying about his arrival in the park, I called to hear he was already at the ceremony site. :(
I wasn't happy about not meeting him before hand.
However, the ceremony was perfect! He was great!

I would not recommend this person for a wedding. Morgan was very professional when we met and a very likeable person. However, he does not go to the rehearsal stating that he has done so many there is no need. He did show up at the wedding on time. However, after he pronouned the couple man and wife and the wedding party started out, he immediately followed them leaving the guests wondering what to do. He did not "dismiss" the guests to the reception, or announce that they were to join us for the reception in the main house. My husband actually went back in and asked the guests to join us at the reception. Also, the groom has a very unusual last name - my husband worked with Morgan before the ceremony to make sure he could pronounce it correctly - but during the ceremony he mispronounced EVERY TIME!!!! He even had to stop and ask the groom to say his name - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We had several guests ask us afterwards about it and joke about it. It was embarrasing to the bride and groom. Would NOT use him again!!
