Gerry, Abby, Sloane, Shane, Michelle, Trish, Max and everyone at the Hilton Pearl River are absolutely amazing. We hosted a 300+ guest Indian wedding and we could not have picked a better venue for our special day, and wedding weekend. The team at the hotel are very responsive, kind, and empathetic. From our first site visit to packing up after our wedding events, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The event space is beautiful and the hotel bedrooms are modern, large, and well kept. We would highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River for a wedding and room block. Fantastic team!

We got married at Crabtree’s Kittle House on 10/27/2024. Everything was amazing. The food, the staff, the beauty of the property, and clean comfortable inn stays for our immediate family and bridal party. It was truly a beautiful day. My parents had gotten married at the kittle house back in 1993 and although it’s been many years, the same quaint, elegant, and special feeling I always heard them talk about prevailed. Throughout the past year, Kimberly Ann, the on site coordinator made me feel at ease every step of the way— answering each and every email (of many) that I sent her asking even the most minute questions. She truly put me and me and my husband’s minds at ease through the entire process. On the day itself, she was a rockstar, setting up all the decor and making it look absolutely beautiful with little direction. Leo was also very helpful on the day, ensuring that everyone always knew where to be, and ensuring that we were well fed with all the delicious food and had a full drink if we wanted throughout the whole event. The food drinks and dessert were all excellent and we truly enjoyed it all! If you want a warm and personal feel to your wedding, and are sick of touring insanely expensive, cold, and cookie cutter ballroom venues, book the Kittle House!!! Thank you to the whole Kittle House team for helping to make our day so smooth and special!

The whole team from valet and servers to day of coordinators were the most friendly and helpful people. They pulled everything together to achieve the most spectacular and calm day for us. More than I could’ve ever asked for 🥂

Debbie was great to work with, very easy going and offered guidance on particular items I needed to consider but overlooked. Alfredo was fantastic with accommodating our guests rooms and everything went off without a hitch. He has such a pleasurable demeanor, he was great welcoming our guest as they approached the front desk. Martha and all of the servers and bartenders were friendly and tentative to all of us and they worked hard to make our reception perfect. The Inn’s reception rooms, front desk, surrounding area, and ambiance were beautiful - to include the glass room for our rehearsal dinner!

My husband and I held our wedding reception celebration at The Kartrite Resort and we had an amazing experience! From start to finish everything went smoothly and stress free thanks to Liz. Liz went above and beyond for our special day. Any special requests or questions we had, Liz answered promptly. My husband and I are forever grateful for the experience we had at Kartrite :)

Flashback to last year, my fiance and I got engaged on 11/25/22 and scrambled to find a Hudson Valley venue for 2023. We must've looked at 15 venues - some big, some small, some mansions, some farms - we saw it all! Although we met with some amazing venues, we struggled to find one where we didn't feel like just another number. Frustrated, I went back home and decided to look at some photographers photos vs the general 'best hudson valley' venue searches. It was there, in one of the photographers albums, where I found the Bird & Bottle Inn. The beauty of the Inn was captivating, quirky and beautiful. I immediately reached out, connected with Stefania, and my fiance and I saw AND secured the 10/28/23 date just days later on a snowy winter day. The tent wasn't setup, it was a blizzard, but for some reason, the warmth of the staff, beauty of the inside of the inn and our gut feeling led us to make the best decision we could've made for our venue. Working with Evelyn and Stefania at the Bird & Bottle Inn didn't feel like we were planning a wedding with a venue - it felt like we were working with family. Family that cared about our happiness and wanted to make sure every detail was perfect. My fiance and I were not easy - we changed a lot of details, we added a bunch of rentals last minute, we asked probably 100 questions throughout the process and every time we reached out, we were met with ease, sometimes a phone call and even an invite to see our vision in person over the summer vs wait until fall to do the final walkthrough. The day of wedding team met us with the same detail and love as Stefania and Evelyn did throughout the entire process. The food was incredible, the coordination was on point all night and the bartending and signature drinks are still being raved about among our friends and family. Frankly, the entire wedding is still being raved about with many saying this is the best wedding they've ever attended. If you're looking for a wedding venue that feels magical and in a weird way, almost like you're at your own home, then this is your place. We cannot recommend the team, venue and coordinators enough, and we're beyond grateful we chose this special place for our wedding. Thank you to everyone at the Bird & Bottle Inn! We had our wedding at the Eldred Preserve in October 2025 and it was truly the best day ever! Matt & Curtis are the dream team and made sure our day was perfect. They went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. They were very responsive to all of our emails and were always willing to hop on a call to discuss the details as we were planning. One thing we were worried about was the space in the reception room because we had a 10 piece band and we were at the higher end of the guest count. Matt was able to create multiple floor plan options for us to review and the space set up was perfect. The food was honestly some of the best wedding food we have ever had. The Eldred Preserve grounds are stunning and the hotel is gorgeous. My guests could not believe how beautiful the place was. There is a big lake in the back where we were chauffeured around in a golf cart to take some of our wedding photos. Our guests also enjoyed the lake where they could kayak, walk around the paths, paddle boat and more. The breakfast in the morning is also delicious. Irvin, who runs the hotel, was amazing and worked with us to make sure all of our guests were able to get rooms. The Eldred Preserve is a one stop shop for a wedding and has everything you could possibly imagine to complete your wedding day. We also had our rehearsal dinner/welcome party the night before at the Pergola which is also one of their many nice event spaces. The pergola is outdoors, but has heaters. We were very comfortable on a chilly October night under the pergola. There is also a fire pit nearby that my guests very much enjoyed during our welcome party. Overall, I could not imagine a more perfect venue for our special day.

Wonderful wedding for our son and daughter-in-law. The staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. All the physical spaces we used were nicely done and comfortable. Would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza.

This was the greatest night of our lives! Our wedding was absolutely amazing! The JHouse and staff were fantastic! ESP Candice! She made all our wedding dreams come true! I rated responsiveness a 4 because before we started working with Candice there was some miscommunication and delay in getting responses to our questions. Overall I loved every moment of our wedding reception at the JHouse!

The Opus is a jewel of Westchester with exceptional service in a tastefully artsy setting. I got ready and stayed here, along with my bridal party, for my wedding at Kanopi atop the penthouse (a gem in itself). Ronelle, Opus’s Meeting & Special Events Manager, was exceptional -- she coordinated our room blocks, put in a special request for extra early check-in so I could get ready with ample time (with a steamer/director’s chair at no cost), cleared the 2nd floor landing for my first look photo shoot, and sent us chocolate and prosecco to our suite, impeccably timed to the ending of our wedding. My niece/nephew loved the indoor pool, and the fitness room was excellent for an early morning workout before checkout! We also love the lobby bar – classy with local light bites.
