The atrium has an almost full wall of windows overlooking the balcony and zoo below. The balcony is sizeable and overlooks the habitat of our Amur tiger as well as the majority of the property making a vision of a backdrop for your wedding day. The Lake Superior Zoo is home to 140 species of animals from around the world. Couples can choose to have the full zoo open and available for their guests so, not only can they celebrate your big day, they can take a walk through the picturesque grounds and make some animal friends. Custom enrichment and animal involvement in your day is available as an add on.

For those planning a big family affair, the Lake Superior Zoo is the perfect place. Book our all new ADA accessible train to give your guests short tours of the zoo property. Have your wedding party arrive to the ceremony or reception in it. This train is beautiful, clean and can comfortably seat adults, even well dressed ones!

The Safari Cafe can help add some fun and thank your guests for "popping by"! Add on popcorn, cotton candy, or even mini donuts for your guests. You provide the monogrammed basket/bucket/bag and we will load them up for an unforgettable treat.
