Poorly delivered product, even worse customer service!
Worse, the manager took no responsibility for it. She said, “Once they leave the store, it’s the customer’s problem. Not willing to refund or replace them.
Obviously VERY unaware of what good customer service or a good business reputation should look like. She had no care that their product ended up as a mess on our porch instead of a treat for our family.
If you are going to deliver hours late, at least put it in a bag and hang it on the door knob instead of sitting on the ground.
