We fell in love with K'Syrah the moment we stepped inside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and super collaborative as we crafted the menu for our January wedding. They worked with us on the bar packages and some extreme dietary restrictions we had for some of our guests and it was easy all the way! Everyone at our wedding was absolutely RAVING about the food, and you can't beat the cozy, intimate vibe of the venue right in the middle of downtown Solvang. We will be dreaming of sausage puffs and short rib for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to team at K'Syrah for making our wedding reception truly an event to remember!

I am SO happy we found K'Syrah. From the moment I first emailed, they were nothing but excited, helpful, and amazing. Food was my fiance's most important wedding "wish" - he did not want to have a wedding with terrible, hotel-catered wedding food. We went to K'Syrah on a weekend for a "tour" (the place isn't very large) and menu tasting, and were treated to a many-course lunch (and got to take home leftovers!). The food was to DIE for. I brought a huge list of questions about bathrooms, staffing, sound, extra time charges, you name it, and they answered every single one patiently and with the best, most helpful answers. Us: "Would you allow us to x?" K'Syrah: "Sure, that would be no problem." Every answer was "we will make it work", essentially. Upon leaving that day we knew without a shadow of a doubt this was our place. After that, every single time I emailed with a question, or even just wanting an opinion on how to set things up or time things out, they responded quickly and helpfully.
On the actual day, we only had about two hours to set up prior to the wedding, so make sure you are extremely organized and have a task force in place. We had no issues, and Kara and the staff were there to help wherever we needed. A few minutes before the ceremony was set to begin, we were offered pre-wedding champagne (highly recommend this), and everything went on beautifully from there. Everything was perfect. We opted for family style service (something our guests LOVED), but since my husband and I were seated alone at a head table, we were brought out giant plates of food just for us. I felt like a medieval queen.
I could talk about how amazing the K'Syrah team was and everything they did for us for literal hours. I'll close with this: I planned my own wedding basically 100% by myself (my choice!). Without K'Syrah it would have been 10 times harder. They were basically my one vendor for everything (ceremony and reception location, food, bar, tables/chairs, sound/music (we just did Spotify playlists)), and I am SO grateful.

K'Syrah is 100% delicious all of the time!! The team is so friendly, flexible, and easy to work with for tastings. They really try to make a connection and make sure your event is the best it can be.

They catered our wedding and the food was out of this world. Our friends and family raved about how delicious dinner was for days after. The best part was the chefs coming out of the kitchen to congratulate us at the end of the night! What a wonderful company. You need K'Syrah at your next event, can not recommend them enough!!!!

Great service, food package is amazing. Venue itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately our guest count would not have worked for what we wanted. If we had less people, we would have booked this venue.

KSyrah was amazing. We had guests compliment us all night saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff took care of everything and was so professional! We also had our rehearsal dinner at the KSyrah venue in solvang. Such a beautiful place everyone loves it. I would highly recommend KSyrah for your wedding.

Every single guest has made it a point to tell us it was the best food they have ever had! Everything was so delicious, beautifully plated. Danielle and the team were so wonderful to work with. Best wedding decision hands down. I custom ordered flatware, drink ware and plates, they were so accommodating. Everything was flawless!

I cannot recommend K'Syrah enough! We decided to get married in Solvang and were amazed when we came across K'Syrah. From the moment we looked on the website, everything seemed like exactly what we were looking for. We were worried that this venue was too good to be true between beautiful it was, how delicious the food looked and most importantly, how affordable it was. We we were amazed when this dream venue was absolutely everything it promised to be! Danielle was an absolute breeze to work with through the whole process. She answered all of my questions and helped me coordinate everything from 3 hours away.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how absolutely delicious the food was. I would recommend this venue to absolutely anyone looking for a first class experience.

One of the most important elements of our wedding was high quality, locally sourced, memorable and delicious food. We had met with other caterers prior to K'Syrah, and nothing compared to the level of food, presentation and execution K'Syrah provides. Danielle and her team are phenomenal at what they do -- and you can feel that in every taste of their food, and every moment through their service.
We worked with K'Syrah for the catering of our wedding, and also hosted our rehearsal dinner at their stunning event space. Every guest at some point of both evenings commented on how amazing the food was, how beautiful it was, and how it was the best wedding food they've ever had. To this day people still rave to me about the food at my wedding, and it's all due to K'Syrah. When you are looking for catering vendors look no further then K'Syrah -- it was the best decision we could have made.

K'Syrah is the absolute best! The food they prepare is phenomenal and they offer a variety of different dishes so there's something for everyone. When you're planning your own wedding and working with multiple vendors, you want to make it as easy and simple as possible. Danielle and her staff at K'Syrah did just that. They go above and beyond, and most importantly they communicate effective and clearly. They understand the wedding planning process to the tee. I would hire Danielle again in a heart beat. Not only do they try to make your life easier during the wedding planning process, their food is delicious and they understand how important it is for you to be happy with your selection. My wife could not stop complimenting on how K'Syrah's customer service and their knowledge of the whole wedding planning process. Our guests enjoyed their food. Without a doubt this is a 5 Star rating!!!
