Because I'm not from the area, I had to search vendors online and contact through email and phone. This is not always ideal, because you cannot see their product in real life. All my contact with Koon's was through email. I told Heidi what I was looking for and sent inspirational photos. She sent me back some photos of specific flowers (of which I know nothing), but they all seemed great. I needed the center pieces delivered to the venue and the bouquets delivered to my hotel room. They were very accommodating and it was not problem at all. When they arrived, I was blown away. My bouquet was exactly what I asked for. I could not believe how perfect it was. When I got to the venue, I felt the same about the centerpieces. They did an incredible job. I'd recommend them to anyone!
