An amazing coordinator!

Kimmie was great. From start to end she kept the day going smoothly for me and my wife. She was respectful, professional and very kind. She made my wife happy in our special day, so that should say something. She was communicative and handled everything correctly with us and every vendor for our wedding day to go perfect!

Amazing Coordinator!

Kim was the sweetest person from the beginning of the planning process, all the way to the wedding day. Respected everything I asked for, had great communication and went all out and beyond on the wedding day. Most importantly, she made my comfort, feelings and decisions a priority! 100% recommend Kim and her team!

Backyard vowel renewal

Kim was phenomenal and helped me plan my parents backyard vowel renewal with all the rentals and decorations to make for a phenomenal night for everyone! She was very professional, responsive and so fun to work with. I cannot recommend her and her team enough for any wedding needs 🥰

Best decision!

I can’t recommend Kimmie enough! She was my wedding planner, and SHE was the one who kept ME on schedule for my big day. She crafted a detailed timeline and ensured we met every deadline, so on the day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly. Planning a destination wedding from Florida, I put my full trust in her, and she made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Most importantly, Kimmie respected our budget and kept us on track financially. She handled everything with professionalism and grace, making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Lovely to work with!!!

Kimberly was absolutely amazing during our entire planning process. My husband and I are from NJ and have been to TN a handful of times but it is still so insanely stressful trying to plan a wedding from out of state. She ALWAYS answered my messages and questions in a timely manner and truly did an amazing job the day of my wedding as my coordinator. She kept all of us on the right schedule and did all of our set up which was absolutely so amazing. I would recommend Kimmies rentals to anyone!!

Excellent coordinator!

Kimberly was a wonderful coordinator! I was a DIY bride, and she definitely helped pull everything together beautifully in the venue. She had great ideas, was excellent at communicating with all of the vendors, and handled unexpected delays like a pro! She really went above and beyond - helping with serving and cleaning as well. I highly recommend her as a coordinator!

Our perfect wedding

Kimmie made our special day so amazing, I was able to spend the day relaxed because she took care of everything made sure it went smoothly. She is so super personable and really communicative! Since we were having our wedding from out of state, it was nerve wracking to plan but with every phone call and plan she put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Kimmie and her team, they will give you the day of your dreams

Excellent service, beautiful vision!

Kimmie and her husband did an amazing job with our wedding! Super happy with how things turned out especially the arch - I didn’t quite have something in mind but they used what we gave them and made it amazing! They were so sweet and helpful throughout the whole night! 10/10 would recommend them!

Easy and Breezy

Kimmy and her husband both worked hard on our day and the weeks before. I didn’t have a clear vision and she worked with what I had. We had crazy (tornado wind) weather on our day and she had to decorate at the last minute. It was a real pleasure having her as part of our day forever.

Kimberly and her husband formed my dream vision into a reality. From day one she responded quickly and always had the right answer to my problems and questions. She made the process stress free. Our wedding ceremony was perfect. But the reception.. BEYOND PERFECT. She executed every little detail of my vision. If you’re ever in doubt on a coordinator, decorator, therapist.. don’t be. Book with her! I’d give 10 stars if I could.
