Kim was the sweetest person from the beginning of the planning process, all the way to the wedding day. Respected everything I asked for, had great communication and went all out and beyond on the wedding day. Most importantly, she made my comfort, feelings and decisions a priority! 100% recommend Kim and her team! -

Backyard vowel renewal
Kim was phenomenal and helped me plan my parents backyard vowel renewal with all the rentals and decorations to make for a phenomenal night for everyone! She was very professional, responsive and so fun to work with. I cannot recommend her and her team enough for any wedding needs 🥰 -

Kimberly was absolutely amazing during our entire planning process. My husband and I are from NJ and have been to TN a handful of times but it is still so insanely stressful trying to plan a wedding from out of state. She ALWAYS answered my messages and questions in a timely manner and truly did an amazing job the day of my wedding as my coordinator. She kept all of us on the right schedule and did all of our set up which was absolutely so amazing. I would recommend Kimmies rentals to anyone!! -

First of all: she’s got a great eye and absolutely DELIVERED on our big day. She was also instrumental in helping us navigate trying to incorporate Filipino touches/details/traditions in Nashville, TN ya know? Even MORE impressive was how willing she was to work with us and switch up some details when we hit a small bump in the road with one of our venues (couples to be - turns out it’s like.. pretty important to read the fine print of your contracts lol). She had even gotten married herself ONE WEEK before our wedding but was very good about keeping us updated and checking in as time grew closer - really and truly wished we could’ve used her talents at both our ceremony AND reception space, but I’m truly just grateful she graced us with the most beautiful ceremony ever! -

Finding a rental company that didn't have a minimum for delivery was difficult, so for our small wedding, we felt lucky to find Kimmie's for our linens, arbor, and bar. Unfortunately, we didn't end up with a good experience — they didn't show up at the time we expected them, and when they arrived, they didn't have my full order, bringing rounds instead of the rectangular linens I had requested. Additionally, the linens hadn't been steamed, so they were quite creased, wrinkled, and had several stains we had to hide.
Clearly, some of the details got mixed up. Honestly, I can see how they may have been confused about the time and the order after reviewing our conversation, but I feel that it's the vendor's responsibility to double-check the details. The arbor was what was pictured, but the bar we received was absolutely nothing like what was on their website when we booked. The bar listing has since been removed, but it would have been nice to have known that I was getting a much different (and frankly, inferior) item before they showed up on the wedding day. All the confusion on top of the linens being extremely creased made this a poor customer experience overall.
