We could not recommend Kevin enough for wedding photography, or really any event at all! He was so great at communicating from the start. He asked that we meet with him prior to booking just to get to know us and let us get to know him and his style. We ended up talking for over an hour and he seemed genuinely involved in our answers and story. He didn’t just want to take our wedding photos, he wanted to KNOW us and who we were as a couple.

He sent out a questionnaire leading up to the wedding that was easy/straightforward to fill out and the entire website he used made it easy to view contracts, payments, etc. He was great at communicating leading up to the wedding and answered any questions I had with detail and concern. He also sent a timeline he had for the day but noted that he was very flexible, which eased a lot of stress on our part!

Fast forward to the wedding, we had SO many compliments from our bridal party and guests on how great our photographer was. He was great at organizing people for photos in a fun but direct manner, and even had some good tricks on how to get the younger kiddos to smile! Our favorite comment was, “I have never seen a photographer dance with everyone at the wedding”. He also recorded our private last dance and sent it to us that same night and had several (beautiful) sneak peaks to us just two days later! We were so surprised and grateful for both his thoughtfulness to record our dance and have some memories back to us that quickly. This all just tells how fun he is and truly involved he is with your day. Overall, Kevin was so encouraging to us as a couple throughout the whole process and the day itself, making him feel like a friend rather than just another vendor. We could not recommend Kevin more!

Kevin his PHENOMENAL!! We had Kevin take out engagement photos as well as our wedding photos and we could not be happier! Not only did he have such amazing energy during our wedding, which was outside in 100° weather, he made it fun for everyone involved.

Kevin does an amazing at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. He has no trouble hyping you up to get that smile for the pic. He is genuinely interested one of the best photographers I’ve ever had shoot me and my wife.

One of our biggest concerns for all of our photos was making sure that they were taken and edited in a manor that complimented my wife ( a beautiful black woman from South Africa ) and myself ( an American who’s white as a ghost) and Kevin did such an amazing job with all our photos! 100% recommend for all your photo needs!!

Our original wedding was cancelled, due to the pandemic. I reached out to Kevin to have some “wedding” photos taken of us & WOW! It was such an amazing experience. Kevin’s personality was so freakin easy to get along with & he made the whole experience so fun/memorable. He even went out of his way to give us the opportunity to have a first dance & sent us home with some polaroids. He was so good at getting us in the right poses, moods, etc. If you are ever looking for a photographer to do an amazing job with the photos, while making the experience of getting the photos taken a memorable experience, then Kevin Lanier is your man!

Oh my gosh! Kevin is hands down the most FUN and gracious photographer I’ve experienced. I had not met him before our wedding, but he made me feel incredibly safe, beautiful, and cherished throughout the day.
