We had a last-minute home wedding with close family and pets, and working with Mathew and Natalie of M&N Media was one of the best decisions we made. I called to inquire and Natalie immediately answered the phone. Within minutes, I knew we were in good hands—she was warm, outgoing, and genuinely interested in our plans. We ended up talking for almost an hour, and by the end of that call, she felt more like a friend than a vendor.

Their communication was excellent from the start. Natalie clearly explained their process, sent over a simple, transparent contract, and made everything feel easy. Their pricing was straightforward and fair, and I appreciated having full rights to use the photos and the option to print through any vendor—not just their recommended one.

Because we didn’t have a formal plan, Natalie gently stepped in and helped shape the flow of the day. She even suggested my son walk me down the hallway and helped cue music for a sweet impromptu entrance. She wasn’t just a photographer—she became part of making our day feel intentional and special. That calming presence was something I didn’t know I needed until she provided it.

Natalie is fantastic with posing, helping people feel natural, and—especially impressive—working with our pets to capture some really adorable moments. She and Mathew are great together as a husband-and-wife team. They bring humor, confidence, and joy, which helped everyone relax. Even our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed being around them.

The photos we received were beautiful—clean, well-lit, and full of personality. They captured the emotion of the day, the little candid moments, and all the chaos in between with grace. Mathew’s editing was also spot on, and their turnaround time was completely reasonable.

We’re grateful to have found M&N Media. They’re easy-going, flexible, and extremely good at what they do. They made our spontaneous celebration feel intentional, intimate, and joyful—and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Matthew & Natalie photographed & videographed our wedding and did an incredible job! Both of them are so kind and personable and they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They take the time to get to know you and your style so they can provide photos tailored to you! Our photos turned out beautifully, and the turnaround time was very quick! Their price point was also very reasonable compared to others in the area, with more included for a lot less!

We chose M & N Media services based on the quality showcased in its portfolio and the professionalism conveyed during our consultation. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those standards, and several significant issues arose:

During our engagement shoot, I was asked to provide legal advice [I'm an attorney] —an inappropriate and unprofessional request.

M & N Photography double-booked another event on my wedding day, a situation that was entirely avoidable and within its control.

Natalie arrived at the wedding visibly unwell (throwing up on the lawn), leaving Matt as the only photographer during the critical morning preparations.

They arrived at the venue over 45 minutes late.

Matt frequently disappeared throughout the day, severely limiting the time available for scheduled photos.

I had to coordinate all of the staged photography—bridal party, family, and couple portraits—duties that should have been handled by their team.

The delivery of our full photo gallery was delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeline.

The wedding video was also delivered late.

These issues had a real impact on our day and our overall experience. We expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, that was not delivered. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
