Kevin was so patient with us. We decided to have a destination wedding and we knew nothing about how Costa Rica and he was more than happy to help us figure all of those things out answer questions and even give some insight based upon his experience of the other vendor we were working with. We not only used him for our wedding but our engagement shoot. The photos and video came out, absolutely gorgeous and our friends and family were so excited to look at them and see real moments between everyone. The presence of the photo and video team was known, but they were never in the way and the only posed photos were the ones we requested. Everything was so natural and genuine.

Kevin was amazing! Having never been to Costa Rica and planning our elopement from the States was a little stressful, but Kevin was absolutely wonderful! From the moment he responded to our initial request for information and until the end of our photo session on a beautiful beach near Samara, CR, we were very impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness, local knowledge and overall personality. He made our wedding planning so much easier than we could have imagined and the actual day of our sunset session was a blast having him as our photographer. His follow up after we returned home was prompt and the photos were spectacular. You won't be disappointed by choosing Kevin Heslin; he is amazing!

We were super happy with Kevin as our wedding photographer. We aren't Instagram people, and having photos taken of us is a rare and sometimes uncomfortable occurrence. Kevin and his second photographer (shout out to Marius) were super accommodating and managed to make the experience fun and relaxed while still capturing some amazing pictures. We especially wanted to have photos that showed us being genuinely happy instead of staged fake smiles. He did a great job of setting us up for good photos and then eliciting genuine reactions so the photos have a candid feel but are still excellently staged. We'd never been to Costa Rica before the wedding, and Kevin was an awesome point of contact for questions, feedback, and advice. He was very willing to share his familiarity with the resort we stayed at to help us with our planning, and he picked out and coordinated an off-resort session at a beautiful waterfall. He really went above and beyond in every way, and was very well worth the cost of his services. We'd highly recommend him to anyone, and we'd work with him again in a heartbeat.

Kevin was extremely helpful in creating a package and photographic style that was unique to our wedding day needs. He listened carefully to everything we shared, never got in the way and captured beautiful moments. After doing my research and working with Kevin, I believe he is the top photographer in the area.
