The ladies at Kevin Charles did an amazing job doing both hair and makeup for a party of seven that had to be done in two hours time in the early am. They were all devoted to just us that morning and it made the experience so special for us all. The shop on Monroe Street is also perfect for the getting ready shots that photographers like to take. Lauren did my hair and makeup and was so great with both, making me feel special and beautiful on my day.

With a rather large bridal party I was concerned about staying on track with hair appointments, but Kevin Charles was amazing. Almost every girl in the bridal party commented about how the team was the most efficient and organized that they had ever seen for a wedding. There were 5 different hair stylists with stations set up and each worked on a number of girls, accomodating to the hair styles that each wanted for the day. My hairstylist was great - she was very patient with me as I changed my mind about how I wanted my hair from our original trial. She was upbeat and personable and kept me calm and collected while she made my hair look absolutely perfect for the day. The staff also put on a pandora list with my favorite music artist as well as set up glasses, plates, and silverware and coffee along with the food and drinks we brought. These little details really made our experience above and beyond and was a great way to start off the wedding day!

My daughter tried two other salons for practice updo's. She finally went to Kevin Charles Salon and was amazed at the expertise of the stylist. Kris and Lauren did hair and makeup at the hotel for 11 people in 4 hours. Guests commented on both the hair and makeup. Beautiful and natural were the kudos we heard. Amazing professionals and very reasonable prices for quality work.
