LISTEN...Kenya was/is AMAZING. The lady who was supposed to do my makeup dumped me 3 days before a very important event (my 10 year wedding anniversary celebration + Vow Renewal) adding to my stress and anxiety. I won't say no names, but when I asked her for recommendations to help fix the mess she created, I got no response. Needless to say I was distraught.

ENTER KENYA. I was able to secure a time slot last minute and she hooked a sista UP. She is personable, kind, and has a sweet, calming spirit that puts you at ease. The end result was fabulous and I will definitely go to her again. EMPLOY HER YA'LL - you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Kenya as our lead artist and her senior makeup artist Courtney were phenomenal! As the bride, my makeup stayed through the tears, a windy outdoor ceremony and pictures, and sweating on the dance floor. Three of my bridesmaids, my mother, mother in law, and aunt also got their makeup done, and Kenya handled the schedule for the day flawlessly! They were all different shades and skin types and they were all very happy with how their makeup was done! Kenya was reasonably priced, professional, and knew how to tailor everyone's makeup to their own personal taste. I was so blessed to have had her as my makeup artist for my wedding and felt so confident in her skills as an artist! I literally have no complaints and I HIGHLY recommend her for your day. I wholeheartedly recommend Kenya for any special occasion she not only exceeded my expectations during my wedding makeup trial but truly shone on the day itself. Kenya was the most professional, caring, down to earth, reliable, and fun makeup artist throughout my entire wedding experience. From my bridal trial she was the absolute sweetest. It actually rained on that day and she escorted me to my car with her umbrella because I had both my hair and makeup done. She got wet in the process just to make sure I was ok. I knew she was IT from the trial not only because of her big heart but because she slayed my face.

I also hired her for my rehearsal dinner and she was on time to the hotel and executed exactly what I envisioned.

On the wedding day she was also on time but most importantly for me, she kept the energy high and was so much fun. I almost forgot I was getting ready for my wedding because she really calmed down any stress or anxiety I had. I couldn’t have looked anymore beautiful on the day of my wedding and it’s thanks to Kenya. She also stayed with me through my first look which did require her to relocate from our bridal suite to the venue.

I could honestly go on and on about Kenya. Her work is AMAZING, but above that she has such a genuine soul and cares about her clients. Her pricing is beyond reasonable and I would absolutely hire her again.

PS. She even made my mom feel comfortable and we all know how old school moms can be.

From the time she came in to set up to the time my makeup was completed it was perfect.. even after feeling a lil under the weather she made me feel comfortable and my makeup was flawless!!!! 100% recommend
