The city-romantic reception space features impressive 20' ceilings accented with bright white structured beams and Edison-bulb lighting. The glowing natural light invited by the panoramic pane windows warms the natural oak farmhouse-styled tables and chairs, exposed brick, and modern brushed brass scones. With the ability to welcome 250 seated guests or up to 500 standing guests, we ensure no one needs to miss out on the fun.

Couples can arrange the space as they wish, empowering you to get creative and think big when planning your event. The spacious wedding suite is available for the party to use as a get-ready space, or simply to take a moment’s pause from the event.

Photo opportunities range from posing in front of our breathtaking murals by Surface of Beauty, inside our intimate private outdoor patio, and only steps away from the gorgeous Hudson Valley River views.

With our management team having over 20 years of industry experience, our focus is to ensure every client has the event they have always dreamed of. This includes helping to set everything up on the day as well as cleaning up after the last guest has departed. We can provide tableware rentals including glassware and china, as well as table linens. Our trusted vendor partnerships can help cover any other needs you might have on your big day. We are best at taking your wishlist and incorporating them into our three ingredients for the perfect event; delicious food, flawless service, and a stunning venue.

As a full-service catering event space, we are providing custom culinary menus from our award-winning team. Using the best local ingredients available, Keepsake's menu was designed to impress all of the senses. Our skilled chefs focus on providing classic American fare cooked with passion while adhering to any dietary restrictions needed.

With Keepsake at The Academy not have a site fee for weddings, our rate of $170-185 per person, your guests will leave with memories to last a lifetime. This includes food, beverage, labor, gratuity, administrative fees. Whether you are looking for one of our standard packages or would like us to create a custom package to fit your specific needs, our team is looking forward to assisting each step of the way.
