When Grandma Milna tells me during the Cha Cha Slide that I look shrimpy and need a sandwich, I’ll reply with a polite, “I do love a good sandwich,” and continue about my work. No matter the situation, I will always treat your guests, your family, and your vendors with kindness and respect.
