Even though I believe this Kay's is no longer in business since Hurrican Katrina, we were so happy with choosing them. My husband used to work offshore and was actually on an oil barge when he bought my ring for me. I went in and picked out 3 rings that I loved, and Sean called the woman we dealt with (although it's been 4 years and I have forgotten her name). She really worked with us and was so nice. Because I needed a Size 5 ring, they had to be special ordered. She would call Sean and give him updates, which was really great. Sean also decided to buy me pearls as a wedding gift, and he got them at this Kay's. They special made them to fit the length of my wedding dress.
Great business, professional, so easy to deal with.
