Full disclosure, I am friends with the owner of Kansas City Photography, Christine Slusser. It is important to note that both for the sake of transparency (which she values) and for an authentic review. To be clear, she has nothing to do with my rather blunt statements to follow. It frustrates me as I have personally known couples in other states who were duped by someone who basically bought a fancy camera, put together a decent advertising campaign, but when it came down to the actual work...it was subpar. True, professional photography is more than just point and click and believe me, you will get that and more from Christine and her team with Kansas City Photography!

I knew Christine as she was working hard to earn a journalism degree from the University of Missouri. I have watched as she continued to take classes, work and study hard to take her craft to a very high level. More than once, when I was visiting her and her family, she was tucked away in the corner, sacrificing social time in order to make those last minute edits to make it "just right." What really impressed me was the number of times that she would tell me that she learned some personal detail during the shoot; and was working hard to add that special touch to the package she was putting together.

If you want more than just a session, indeed a true experience that will reflect your story, your journey, the love and work that led to this day, it will certainly be reflected if you make the only choice...the choice which is KC Photography, Christine Slusser and her team.

Final note, I have also been a client. Prior to this company, Christine was part of news crews covering my business two different times as well as a personal photography session, going back over a decade. You will be impressed beyond measure, this is the only choice!

Christine and her team are amazing!! I actually met her through a friend at a bachelorette party. Since I was engaged and looking for a photographer I went online and looked them up. They were actually cheaper than one of the other photographers I had in mind for what I wanted.
Kansas City Photography has done ALL of my photos now from engagement, boudoir session, wedding, 30th birthday pictures, and now our family holiday photos!
