We hired JS Catering to roast two of my dad's pigs for our wedding and provide food, desserts, and non alcoholic drinks for our picnic-style wedding. They were amazing to work with! I live in the area, so I never tried to get a hold of them by phone, I just stopped into the restaurant to do business with them. Every time I stopped, there was someone who was knowledgeable about my event there. Not only did Jeff do an amazing job roasting the pig, but they were so flexible and affordable with the rest of the food. There is no set menu, so you can just tell them what you want and you can make it happen. My menu was pretty standard, but they told me about a time when a girl gave them her grandmother's recipe and requested them to make it, and they were happy to oblige. Overall so great to work with that we bought gift certificates to their restaurant to give to other vendors that went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
