Josh graduated from New Mexico State University in 2007, with a degree in journalism and minors in Latin American studies and history. He has freelanced in Seattle, interned with John Harrington Photography in Washington D.C., and worked with Zuma Press in California. Since 2009, his work has included staff photography for two daily newspapers, projects focused on part of the U.S./Mexico border, as well as teaching photography with Voces De Cambio while documenting the daily routines of the Nuevos Horizontes women's shelter in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Josh currently attends the University of Missouri as a Masters in Photojournalism Candidate.
