My fiancé picked out a diamond before looking at the bands so when he went to get the band I had picked out, he was told the diamond was too big for the setting. Jones and Son contacted the maker of the setting, and figured out a way to make it work. Jones and Son staff is always so welcoming and nice when I bring in my ring to get cleaned. I absolutely love my Tacori engagement ring and wedding band! It is top quality, as well as the staff. I chose 4 out of 5 stars for the Responsiveness category because of the lack of communication and responsiveness when my ring was shipped off for sizing and didn't come back for weeks past the expected date due to temporarily missing in transit. Jones and Son did act on and remedy the problem once they realized what was happening.
