Autrey Mill Nature Preserve in Johns Creek, Georgia is a hidden gem of a venue. Couples can make the most of the 46 acres of forest, woodland trails, ravines, heritage gardens, and historic buildings for their wedding day.
Facilities and Capacity
The Warsaw Church, which was a campground in the early 1820’s and a subsequent meeting place for men to gather and prepare to fight during the civil war, has undergone extensive renovation. This venue has a capacity of 68 guests and is perfect for ceremonies. The Amphitheater in a woodland setting is another great option for outdoor ceremonies.
The Summerour House is a Georgian cottage that can accommodate up to 83 guests. It is set against a charming courtyard garden and a wrap-around porch, making the space an ideal one for intimate celebrations. The Pole Barn, built in the 1930’s for agricultural purposes, can now be transformed into a space to host receptions for upwards of 100 people.

Feel free to reserve an appointment for a tour of the grounds. Autrey Mill Nature Preserve offers different packages to best suit your budget and needs. Additionally, the rental fees are used for continuing preservation of the land and history. The only facility that includes a kitchen is the Summerour House and rental of this space necessitates use. Licensed outside vendors are welcome post approval from the in-house coordinator. You can request for a resident goat or Pebbles the Tortoise to make an appearance at your event. There are absolutely no limits to the creative ideas that can come to life at a wedding at Autrey Mill.
