Jerusalem Shriner's

Jerusalem Shriner's is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Destrehan, Louisiana. It's the meeting place of the Jerusalem Shriners group, a chapter of Shriners International. Founded in 1870, this group describes themselves as a fraternity, and has 195 chapters worldwide with 309,000 members. Facilities and Capacity

Jerusalem Shriner's can host up to 500 people in its elegant ballroom, making it the ideal setting for weddings of all sizes. There's also a bar that can accommodate 125. The ballroom and bar can be rented separately or together, depending on your needs. Additionally, you may opt to rent the commercial kitchen for your caterer, as well as an outdoor cooking space that can be used for BBQs. The kitchen features a gas range with 12 burners, two large ovens, a commercial refrigerator, and an ice machine. There's also a convenient get-ready bridal and grooms suite onsite where you can prepare for your day.

Services Offered

You'll have four hours of event time in the venue, as well as two hours for setup and one hour for cleanup. Additional setup and cleanup hours are available for an extra fee. You may also choose to rent the venue for your rehearsal. Outside vendors are welcome, allowing you to customize your special day to your liking with your choice of caterer, DJ, photographer, and more. Soft drinks and a beer tap are included in the rental.
