She made my dress fit like a glove! Absolutely stunning!

Getting your wedding dress altered can be nerve-wracking but Jenny put me at ease from our very first appointment! She is so relaxed but not in a way that makes you feel like she doesn't care. You just know that she is so good at what she does and she's confident she can get it down. We had to take the dress in a few inches just two weeks before the wedding, but she did a great job! I also loved the bustle she created for the dress. Jenny was also happy to squeeze in my mom's dress at the last minute. She was so easy to work with and made the entire experience stress-free!

I showed her my dress that I was thinking about having her replicate, but she just went on and changed up some things to make it look more suiting for me. She has an eye for that! Everyone loved my dress and they all said that dress is sooo you. Jenny's good at picking up your style and implementing it into your dress. Love it and LOVE HER!

I bought my dress as a sample and it was huge on me. The front of the bodice is very intricate and ornate (Monique Lhuillier style "Josie") so I was worried about the alterations and how it might affect this, but Jenny Kim was able to do the alterations very quickly and everything was PERFECT. she knew which parts of the dress were important not to mess with, and found ways to make it fit me by working around those areas. She is very quick and easy to work with. I didn't really shop around much for alterations so I can't comment too much on the cost, but I do know that she is among the top recommended tailors in Houston and I found her pricing very reasonable.

Jenny Kim custom-made a gorgeous dress. She's extremely talented! If you're petite like me, you'll appreciate having a dress made for you rather than having many alterations performed on a ready-made dress.

I had my mother's 45 year old wedding dress remade & redesigned. It went from the traditional long sleave dress to a strapless in a bigger size (my mother had a 24inch waist and I am not close to that!) Jenny Kim did an incredible job and I was extremely happy with it. It took alot for me to trust someone with that dress but I would trust Jenny with any item. Her couture line is gorgeous, especially the flower girl dresses

$400 for a hem in my daughter's wedding dress - NOT done by Jenny herself - resulted in a shoddy, ghastly looking hem. Even though the hem was reworked it was AFTER the bridal portraits when we discovered why the train would not lay flat. 48 of the 118 bridal pictures are ruined because of the horrible hem work. I asked for a refund of $400 but have been ignored thus far. Total cost of doing business with Jenny Kim was around $1,300.

I had my dress altered by Jenny after getting her name from Lovely Bride where I purchased my dress. I scheduled a fitting 5 weeks in advance like you are supposed to do. I'm not sure if she underestimated my dress (which fit pretty well from the start) or what exactly happened, but what was supposed to be my final fitting, was a dress that was tight, gaped in certain areas, loose in others. I ended up getting my dress the day before I went out of town for my wedding which was additional stress that was not needed. The last thing she did was do the bustle which she showed my friend to when I had it on the final day I was there. I guess I never checked it because I stepped on the back of my dress the entire wedding night :(
