Excellent. The best place for any venue. Food is fresh and exceptionally tasteful. The service is like no other words but great!! We love to have our Christmas party and meetings at Jefferson Orleans #1 in my book

I used Jefferson Orleans South for a surprise anniversary party for my parents. Mr. TJ was awesome! He was very helpful and easy to get in touch with when I had questions. He was very attentive to my parents (and my husband and I) at the party. Of course, we were too busy talking and catching up with guests that we didn't get to eat, but everyone said the food was great. We had The Boogie Men play that night and they sounded great. The hall itself was very nice and already decorated (thank, god). I didn't have a wedding myself because I didn't want to deal with all of the details! Mr TJ made it easy and painless, actually enjoyable. My parents had a great time and couldn't stop talking about how surprised they were to see all of their friends. They had no idea. The only thing I regret is not renting the hall longer! I would definitely recommend Jefferson Orleans South and Mr. TJ Lee to anyone looking for a great venue (with lots of parking)!

We had an at home reception October 15th after a wedding in Disney in March. After looking at a few venues (some of which would only let me come by on certain days per week during an hour two a day) we met with TJ, the owner of Jefferson Orleans South, and from day one, he went above and beyond. He made meetings around our schedule and provided us the ability to come in the hall and look at things and add our own special touches as we wanted while also providing anything we needed. I wanted to bring in the Disney theme and centerpieces and I was able to go in the day before the event and decorate as I pleased. The dj played everything I wanted and nothing I had noted that I didn't want. Guests reported they loved the food (they talked about the potato bar for quite some time), the service and decor. TJ personally served my husband and I and was available not only at any time during the planning process but also through the wedding. Having been in weddings as well as my own earlier in the year, he is the best vendor I have ever worked with as he treats you as though you are family when planning. Our reception would not have been such a success without Jefferson Orleans South!

I was absoulutley thrilled and completely satisfied with my experience with Mr. T.J. Lee. He was extremely helpful in all areas involving the reception. I have since done business with him for smaller things. He is very professional. He is easy to reach and attentive to all questions and concerns a bride or groom or paying father may have. lol. The place was beautiful. The food was delicious. The cake was not only delicious but looked magnificent. The music was appropriate for MY taste and is catered to please the honored guest, not the crowd. I felt like I was in charge but I wasn't overwhelmed with lots of decisions. Whatever I was uncomfortable with Mr. T.J. Lee took care of for me. I met with him twice as necessary before the wedding and a couple extra times to address questions I had and a few phone calls because I had more questions about little details. Mr. T.J. Lee was my dream come true and I recommend you go and meet with him to see what he can do to make your dream come true also.

They can accommodate as many as 800 guests or as few as 150 guests. The room is available seven days and nights each week to enable you to plan your Wedding. The food is to die for. Great New Orleans Food!!! The wedding cake and grooms cake is also included. Any type of mixed drink is available from their two bars including a variety of assorted cordials and liqueurs; as well as wine, frozen drinks, draught beer and champagne. Everything turned out really well, I would recommend this recepetion Hall to anyone!!

They were very nice and helpful

When I first started to read the previous reviews.It was if they had taken my exact words.Mr.TJ appears to have your best interest but he has your money and its way too late its your wedding day your already stressed who wants to ruin their day with argument. I noticed the day before he was getting antzy because we were there doing our decorations for wedding we were there all day for the past 2 days and it seemed as tho the day before he was ready for us to leave.THE DAY of WEDDING. This is a beautiful place to have your wedding but your guest won't actually get a real plate of food bits of food here and there one tray comes out makes it to the first table the other tables are waiting...When I sat down to eat TJ asked what did I want I told him everything of course what I'm I paying for.On the agreed contract it lists chicken breast strips they were small bites like nuggets.Its not food that you and your guests are full. We also had a verbal agreement that we would pick up our gifts and other items the following day sometime in the afternoon at the end of reception in middle of foyer he is loudly saying in front of guests he is going out of town I need to be there 9am.We had already discussed that we rented a limo bus ride and we arranged a after party and wanted to come that afternoon. I pulled him aside and stated it was unprofessional to approach me in front of my guests to discuss any business matters he said I've bent over backwards all u do is complain.I had not made no complaints I stated its unprofessional to wait until were walking out. The door in front of guests to loudly speak about something we had already discussed but things do change.But to do this last min in front of guest I was not happy

The owner will win you over with his charm but once your wedding day comes noting that he promised will happen.

Mr.Lee comes off with a charm and then he bites you like a snake at the end he acts real uncomfortable with you after your dining in he walks back in forward picking up paper it,s real annoying to guest ,he tells his waitress serve you 1 shrimp at a time,I never witness nothing like this especially when you have payed your money,his DJ plays what he wants and has a bad altititude when you request a song ,the Daiquiri machine was broken ,Mr .Lee has so many different personalities ,I see why no one wants to work for him he has a staff of 4 waitress to accommodate 200 people my guest started leaving complaining they was bird feeding them. Mr.Lee is a awful business man his father left him a business he,s destroying

I went to a wedding there and the place was beautiful.FOR the ceremony everything went well. Now as for the reception it was not well done . The Music was not presented well we tried to request songs for the bride and groom Dj didn't want to do any request. The service for the food was not right I asked for more than one appetizer the guy told me no I waited for another waitress to come and it was the same thing I don't KNOW what was going on I complained to the bride and groom about it THEY address the situation and nothing still didn't change the owner should have more than 4 waiters than they had to service 200 hundred people I was very did satisfied with everything there I would not recommend any one to go THERE
