Excellent jazz band! You pay based on how many hours and how many musicians you want. For us, 5 musicians for 3 hours was only $400. They even take special requests ahead of time (supposedly).
The bad news: we walked into the reception and out onto the dance floor waiting to dance the dance we'd learned (paid money to learn) to "All the Way" by Frank Sinatra. As we were in dance pose, he says to us, "We're going to play "Fly me to the moon," just go with it." Uh, ok? What about our dance we learned? So we felt like idiots, swaying side to side.
Also I requested that he introduce our wedding party members as they walk in. I printed out a sheet for him with their names. As they waited to walk in, he said, "Ladies and gentlemen, the wedding party!"
These are small details, but if you are big into special requests, don't book this guy. If you are looking for a great, laid back jazz band, they were awesome.
