Lance and I are incredibly disheartened by the service provided and in the quality of roughly 40% of our pictures. Jean Wolford Photography presented my new husband and me with photos that are severely blurry and will never be able to be blown up, without even the minimum courtesy of a conversation about it. Jean avoided contact with Lance and I.

But what are we to do about the photos now? We cant stage them to be redone because the majority of our wedding party lives across the country. No amount of editing will fix these pictures. So this is the quality we are stuck with to remember our day by.

On top of the poor quality, Jean was difficult to get ahold of after we paid her.

She was also significantly late to the venue on our wedding day.

Every time something didn't go quite right, Jean would mention health issues she was experiencing.

We tried to cut her some slack for this reason. However, we didnt pay Jean, the person, for this service... we paid Jean Wolford Photography, the business.

So at what point do we, as the client, draw the line between empathy for their personal experience and professional expectation for a service we paid for? Bottom line is that decision should never fall on the client. It is the responsibility of the business to balance that.

We are disheartened and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and quality of the photographs that capture our day and loved ones.
