I enjoyed the beautiful presentation neil in his guys did everything was beautiful the food was good and i would love for them to come set up for us again.

We used Jarnel Party Services to cater our wedding. All of our guests enjoyed our food selections. The presentation was absolutely beautiful and way more than we could have imagined. We had very detailed fruit carving and an ice sculpture that our guests are still talking about. Nel was wonderful to work with and we trusted his experience.

We hired them to caterer our wedding. Food and drinks were beautifully displayed but the food was cold and bland compared to the taste test. They didn't listen to when the venue was available and was very early which probably contributed to why the food was cold. It was discussed that left overs were to be taken by the family, but Nel and company packed up everything and took it with them and we ordered more than needed for that very reason. We also discussed having food prepared for the wedding party ahead of time since it was going to be a long day before the reception starts and we'd anticipate being busy during the reception. Nel said he'd have food ready in the bridal suite, but nothing was in there. We ate in the main dining area which was fine, but he made it seem like he knew nothing of what we spoke of. While we were eating food was warm to getting cold, and that was an hour before before guests were to arrive.
Prices were very reasonable, but quality of the food was lacking. It just wasn't the same as taste testing day which was very disappointing. This was the one vendor we were disappointed in. Everything looked fabulous at the reception but when we talked to people by the end of the night, the general consensus was food was cold and just didn't taste as good as it looked. And when cleaning up at the end of the night, family let us know that the caterers left absolutely no food behind. All the to-go boxes were there…. all empty. If we had paid for this vendor (family offered to pay for food while we paid for everything else)… we'd be asking either for money back or for the food we paid for. Family only said… it's over just make sure to not recommend them to anyone.

We hired them as our caterer. There were missing items on the menu that was not served. The waiters and waitresses are not professional. They do not have the initiative to serve the guests and have to wait for their manager for instructions. We are disappointed.
