Sugar Cakery made a cake for our 25th Anniversary/ Vow Renewal party. I described to her what kind of cake that I wanted, and she nailed it!! ❤️ The cake was what I wanted, arrived on time, and was delicious! We had many compliments on it from our guests. I would highly recommend Sugar Cakery to anyone who needs baked goods for any kind of event. ❤️

Janet from Sugar Art Cakery is OUTSTANDING! Not only was the cake beautiful it was absolutely delicious! As a matter of fact, the security guard who worked our venue said "I have tried 100s of wedding cakes and this is by far the best I have ever had." We will most certainly be using her for future events and would recommend her for your wedding or event.

Wow! The cake was gorgeous. More beautiful than I had expected. Most of my guests had a second piece! 3 different layers with 3 different flavors. Each layer was delicious!!! I ordered a bigger cake than needed to have left overs. Most of it was gone that night. Just amazing, moist and perfect.

My husband & I had our wedding out of state due to him being in the service. We stumbled across Janet while looking up bakers in the Metro Richmond Area. I am so glad we found her! Her communication skills are A+ and her work is amazing. Janet always reached out to us with updates and any questions she had. She definitely brought my vision to life - she sure has an eye for detail! Our guest couldn’t stop talking about cake, regarding look and taste haha I’ll let the pictures speak for themself. Janet was such a help and she made it really easy to pick flavors and colors for our cake. Her cake also tastes Amazing and looks so beautiful. We didn’t even get a piece of our wedding cake it was gone so fast!

Wow wow wow! I can't rave enough about the work Janet did for our wedding cake. It was absolutely beautiful. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted sooooo good! Everyone, I mean everyone loved it to the point there wasn't any left over. When planning a wedding, things go wrong, there are bumps along the way, and sometimes visions do not work out as planned. This was not the case at all. From the beginning of planning to the final finishing touches it was a breeze. I think what sold us (besides how delicious the cake was) was the fact that you can tell how much Janet loves what she does and the amount of work she puts in to make sure your day is special. We wanted something slightly different by incorporating sugar paste succulents in the floral arrangement on the cake and Janet made it happen. Again, so thankful for her and we look forward to using her services in the future!

The cake is smooth, buttery and moist and the Swiss American buttercream and American buttercream icing isn’t overpoweringly sweet and compliments every bite perfectly!

OMG where do I begin. When we sat down for a taste testing she came up with amazing flavors, creative ideas, and wonderful designs. if anyone would like an A1 celebrity looking cake. I highly recommend her work!!!!!
