Pat is AMAZING! She makes you feel important and as valuable as any client. I have purchased numerous pieces from Jane's Jewelers from graduation gifts to "I'm worth it" gifts. They have it all in a variety of price points. They are diligent and mindful to clean and repair the pieces. But the best part of the business is the personality of the employees.
One of my best Pat stories shows how she thinks on her feet. She called my now fiancé' to let him know my ring was ready. He answered on Bluetooth, and when Pat started to talk, he cut her off and said I was in the car, too. She quickly reminded him his "watch" was ready to be picked up whenever he was ready. :) I love to look at his "watch" on my finger!
And speaking of my engagement ring, I desired a highly symbolic setting. I have a daughter, he has a son and two step-children. I wanted the center stone to be "touched" by four points representing each of the children being brought together in this marriage. The setting does not disappoint. Not only does the band touch in four places, but the lines continue around the band to create an infinity symbol. Gorgeous. And don't get me started on the center stone!!! Flawless and fabulous! I'm a fan of Jane's Jewelers.

I cannot gush enough about Jane's Jewelers! Before his magical surprise proposal, Jane's helped my fiance custom design a gorgeous pink sapphire/rose gold engagement ring. He later told me about how great they were to work with and that Pat, one of the women that works there, was the main reason he chose Jane's over anywhere else in town.
Fast forward to six months later when I accidentally bent my setting and headed to Jane's to see what could be done. I got to meet the infamous Pat who was super helpful and kind. I told her my problem then got the ring out of the box -- as soon as she saw it, she commented that she remembered the ring and had been waiting to hear how our trip went (she even remembered details, like "When he said he was taking you to a beer garden, I knew you were my kind of girl.") So thoughtful and attentive. Oh, and they fixed and cleaned my ring in about 2 minutes.
Can't wait to go back and pick out my wedding band! I will definitely be in every 6 months to get my ring cleaned, and maybe more just so I can hang out with Pat. Seriously. Go to Jane's!
