One of the main things I was looking for in vendors for my wedding, was the way they talked to husband and me. The relationship that we had with all of these people was important because I wanted to know that I could trust everyone on my big day and not have to worry about anything else but marrying my dream guy. When I first started emailing Jake, I immediately felt a familiar feeling. I felt as though we were friends just emailing each other back and forth. I really appreciated that because, I wanted everything to go smoothly, especially something as important as our wedding video. Jake and Anna were so fun to work with. They made me feel completely comfortable and natural while they were shooting. They were 100% determined to capture every little moment and detail of our big day. They were in all the moments but never got in the way or distracted from us. We were very, very impressed and I also really enjoyed hanging out with both of them. I told my husband that I could totally see us being friends outside of our wedding, that’s how much I enjoyed them and how comfortable I felt like we all got. And then, 2 weeks after our wedding, we got a “teaser” video of our wedding!! It was about a minute long and it was just a little sneak peek of what our wedding video was going to look like. We were AMAZED, we absolutely loved it. I think I watched it about 20 times that night lol. We’ve only been married about a month now and we haven’t gotten our video yet, which we aren’t expecting of course but we are so very happy with who we trusted with our video. We can’t wait to see what magic they work. I highly, highly recommend booking them for your wedding!!

We absolutely loved working with Jake and his sweet wife Anna on our wedding day! Our highlight video captured everything we loved about our day and was delivered in such a timely manner. Jake made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to meet any need. Our video is something we will cherish and be re-watching for years to come. We were on the fence about a wedding videographer, but after working with Jake throughout the process and receiving our video, I AM SO GLAD WE DID. He was a pleasure to work with in coordinating the wedding, ensuring we had a video that was catered to us, and working with him day of was perfect. He was a huge help! And then our video! Incredible. I don't have enough good things to say about Jake! Incredible guy.

Communications prior to wedding were mediocre. He does not respond promptly, I had to reach out multiple times to set a meeting time. After the wedding I heard NOTHING from him, not even a text, until I reached out 12 WEEKS LATER after realizing the contract said I would have my video in 6 weeks. He said he was "busy" working through a backlog (in the middle of a pandemic). I received no money back or even a discount. Next issue, after viewing the footage I learned that I had misunderstood the contract and had only purchased a 6 minute highlight video which only contained very brief highlights and completely excluded one of the speakers in the ceremony. Dissatisfied, I began trying to go through the process of getting the rest of the footage, paid another additional cost for the FOMO package to receive "all of the footage we shot from the entire day," was only delivered HALF THE FOOTAGE. NOTHING from the ceremony or reception. I do not have words for how shocked, frustrated, disappointed and honestly just sad this whole process has made me. Brides, do NOT let shady business dealings be the thing that ruins your wedding experience. It wasn't worth the money I saved by "using someone local." Unprofessional, unapologetic, unreliable.
