She was so flexible and her work was so tasty! My husband and I were a little late with booking our bakery but we came to Jaqueline and she made it work despite our procrastination. And not only did she make it work, she gave us everything we requested. I also loved that what we discussed with Jaqueline before the wedding was exactly what we got on our wedding day. Jaqueline is so creative and skilled with her work. She even turned my favorite ice cream flavor into a cupcake and all my guests loved it! Caramel cookie crunch gelato 😋 My guests enjoyed the cupcakes the rest of our wedding weekend, even having them for breakfast because they were so delicious! After an unfortunate experience with a well known Sedona baker, our wedding coordinator @ L’Auberge suggested we call Jacqueline Rose Cakery in Flagstaff. Once we perused her website, we were impressed with her obvious talent. However, upon speaking with Jacqueline, we knew that everything happened for a reason. She was professional, responsive, & engaging.

Jacqueline was very attentive to our thoughts and ideas for our Irish / Russian heritage themed cake. After an email exchange with our inspirational pictures, Jacqueline nailed the design the first try!

When we arrived for our tasting, we were equally impressed. The sample flavors were amazing! The dark chocolate ganache filled cake was moist & delectable, the almond cake with amaretto filling was heavenly, and the delicate lemon cake with raspberry purée & buttercream filling was to die for!! Truthfully, all the sampled flavors were wonderful, and it made for a tough decision.

Fast forward to our wedding day, and our wedding cake was truly a work of art! She hand painted Russian folk art, molded Irish love knot hearts, and fabricated beautiful sugar flowers to coordinate with our color scheme.
Everyone commented not only on the design, but on how delicious the layers tasted.

Jacqueline is extremely knowledgeable, and amazingly talented. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for all your specialty cake needs. We will definitely look her up during future trips to the Flagstaff/Sedona area.

We used Jacqueline for our wedding cake for our wedding in October 2018. Our cake was beautiful and delicious! Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake was! We had a cake tasting where we showed her inspiration pictures and she completely understood what we wanted and had great ideas. All of their cake flavors were delicious and it was hard to choose. Jacqueline is amazing!!! We had a cutting cake and cupcakes to serve at our wedding as well as macaroons for our gluten free guests. Everything tasted amazing and our guests loved the flavors. Jacqueline is very easy to get ahold of and attentive to what my vision was.

I called because I was referred by Shawn and was getting married in 3 Days! Shawn is the florist next door and had given me their information to see if they could accommodate what I was looking for! I called and they could and not only did they fulfill my every wish for the small intimate wedding I had, it was beautiful and to die for! We got the cherry chip cake with almond buttercream frosting! A small cake as we only had 7 people in attendance for our wedding. I was so disappointed I didn’t order a huge one! I craved this cake for days! Not only did they come through in a short period of time they make such devious scrumptious cakes I will be ordering one each time I visit Sedona! Thank you for making my beautiful cake and being such an amazing vendor to work with!

Jackie is the best! My ombre wedding cake was GORGEOUS! She absolutely knocked it out of the park! She delivered my cake to our venue over 2 hours away. The cake was perfect, nothing was wrong and it tasted awesome.
