They were easy to book and had a great new selection of very nice cars/ buses to hold our large wedding party. They were on time at every pick up and the drivers were very nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The short version of a long story is that this place is both unprofessional and unorganized. We rented a 23 passenger bus for our wedding party transportation. With no notice or courtesy call, two 12 passenger buses showed up the day of. When I politely asked the driver why there were two instead of the one we requested and paid for, he said that they were both going to the same place and was very rude. When I called after receiving the final bill, the man who answered the phone was again very rude and unprofessional.

When I voiced my complaints his responses were:
1. "I find that very hard to believe that one of our drivers said that to you."
2. "So what exactly are you looking for? An apology? Money?"
3. "If you had rented both buses separately, you would've paid $2700 so you got more than you paid for."
4. "Well did the drivers get your passengers from point A to point B?"
5. "How much money are you looking for here?"

All of these responses tell me that this is NOT the first time they have received similar feedback/complaints. Do yourself a favor and do NOT book this company for your wedding day.
