We booked with Derby City Limousine during Derby weekend, for an 40th birthday bourbon tour. Even though they were extremely busy, Bill always had time to respond to my many questions. He was very responsive when I had questions about our itinerary. Our driver Anthony was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to hire a very responsive and professional limo service.

We reserved the white party bus and it was perfect. Nice and clean, ontime, great driver and so easy to reserve. This company makes it simple to order and the service is amazing. AAA+++

They worked out great for us and our many special requests for the wedding, anything we asked they went out of their way to make it happen for us. The photos turned out excellent thanks to the beautiful limo in the background. Highly recommended

WOW, What a great night we had, thanks to Derby City Limousines. Pick up time was set and our driver Bill was waiting for us when everyone arrived, he was very Professional (just like the movies) and the Limo was showroom clean. lights & stereo helped set the mood, it was AWESOME. He made suggestions for food & entertainment that helped us to have a great evening. He definitely went miles above & beyond to make our night AMAZING. I'm already planning another event with Derby City Limos, definitely the go-to transportation for all kinds of events for all ages.

Used Derby City Lemos for two birthdays and I would highly recommend them. The quality of their limousines is very clean and beautiful. It was definitely a fun experience. Very friendly people. You won't be disappointed!

We had the best time in the limo last Monday, no complaints at all.

I booked Derby City Limousines for my child's Sacred Heart Freshman dance on 1/24/2025. The event was canceled due to a Louisville snowstorm.
Eric promised to accommodate the rescheduled date, even offering an upgrade, as it was weather disrupted.
On 2/2/2026, I texted the new date (3/21/2026); he replied, "thank you." Days later, he said all vehicles were booked for other dances—no refund possible. He claimed six other dances that night meant no availability elsewhere.
I checked five other limo services—all had vehicles free on 3/21/2026 with no events booked. When confronted, Eric said it didn't matter ("we don't refund") and ended with "that's the way it is."
The initial promise led me to book, but the inflexibility and questionable claims felt unfair.

After reviewing this company online, they have harassed me and let bad reviews against me at my place of business.

Parents: Be cautious with Derby City Limousines' policies.
I wouldn't recommend them.
