My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jackson and Company for our June 2024 wedding at Le Tesserae in Houston, Texas. Jackson and Company catered our wedding, and their incomparable staff impressed our guests beyond measure. Mallory was our primary point of contact and was wonderful to work with throughout the process.

From our first few meetings, we knew Jackson and Company would help us create a luxurious experience for our guests. The tasting confirmed that all our guests would be blown away by the food!

We wanted to create an “elevated Caribbean” menu that honored my husband’s family’s heritage. Mallory, Chef Adam, and the Jackson and Company team exceeded our expectations! They referenced my husband’s family recipes, incorporating their expertise to create a menu that would appeal to all our guests. Jackson and Company provided hors d'oeuvres, a sit-down dinner with three entrée selections, and late-night snacks.

The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still talking about it! It’s no small feat to prepare and serve delicious food to over 200 guests, but Jackson and Company did it flawlessly. The staff truly blew our guests away, making each one feel welcome and as if they were at an intimate dinner party. The entire experience was beyond what we could've hoped for. The food was fantastic and the service was impeccable!

My wedding venue was exclusively partnered with Jackson & Company for catering so my wife and I didn’t get to pick our caterer, but honestly, I can’t imagine we would have been as happy with any other company. There’s definitely a reason that Jackson & Company will appear in any search for the top caterers in Houston. Everyone my wife and I worked with, from Mallory, the catering sales manager, to the servers at our wedding were consummate professionals. Jackson & Company worked closely with us to build a menu that was both perfectly suited to our tastes and within our budget. We had a wide variety of cuisines available at our wedding, and the culinary team at Jackson & Company nailed every single one. Our guests absolutely loved every part of the meal, from hors d’oeouvres during cocktail hour to the coffee station at the end of the night. Our servers even made sure that my wife and I were able to get some food before our big entrance to our reception! My wife and I can confidently recommend Jackson & Company if you’re looking to absolutely wow your guests at your next event!

We were married at the Centennial Gardens in Hermann Park, Jackson and Company provided almost all of our required services. The only review I give them is "Phenomenal"!!! They are the best!!!

Worth every single penny!
Let me start off that I interviewed 9 caterers, all "reputable" in Houston, and Jackson was the only one to respond immediately with a quote. I should have just stopped there and not wasted my time with the others.
Jackson's staff is beyond amazing. From Caroline, to Zack and Kelley and ultimately Ali and Chris, Everyone took care of me like they were my family.
There was no favor to weird, no request to absurd, everything I asked for was provided and then some.
Ali and Chris managed the catering on the day of and though I had considered hiring a coordinator, I didn't need to as Ali and Chris took care of everything.
The food was amazing, and am still getting compliments on it. The portions were just right, the steak super tender and juicy, the appetizers were just incredible.
Bar service was super fast, waitstaff was incredibly attentive, cake was cut superbly, decor was amazing, and did I mention Ali and Chris?
Please, if you are considering a caterer for your wedding or event, call Jackson first!!

I absolutely LOVED working with everyone at Jackson and Co. They really helped me decide on what Hors d'oeuvres to pick, what meals to serve, and they were even able to accomodate my traditional Persian foods!!! I had a seated dinner for 300 guests and everything was serve hot and just right!! Boyd, especially, worked with me along my side and helped with all the details of my venue,The Corinthian, which they run. They were always there for me when I needed them to be and helped me with ANY questions I had!
