I have now had the pleasure of working with It's My Party Rentals twice - once for my father's 50th birthday 2 years ago (on New Year's Eve, I might add) and again for my wedding this October. Once again, it was a pleasure working with the entire team - Ashley, Cindy and their entire staff was amazing throughout the entire planning process and absolutely crucial in ensuring my wedding was a success!
We rented tents, chairs, tables, etc. for our most recent event - and once again, delivery was prompt (48 hours prior!), setup was detailed, and the pickup was a breeze. This rental company is very easy to communicate with (very responsive to emails and calls), very easy to work with / flexible and accommodating, and overall affordable. I wouldn't look anywhere else for my next event's rental needs!

Tony and the team at My Party' Rentals is wonderful. We used their tables, chairs, linens and massive tents (it rained on our wedding day!) for the rehearsal and reception. The team assembled a few massive tents with lighting until 1 am the night before our wedding due to a huge, unexpected storm. All of the chairs, tables, napkins, linens, etc were delivered on time and perfect. I would highly recommend this company for any and all of your rental needs!

Wonderful tent company!!! They work directly with the venue I used but also with outsiders. They were reasonable when it came to prices and they were very professional. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

We got some beautiful chairs from this business for my son's 1st birthday. They were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely use them again and recommed them to others.

If you need rental equipment for anything I highly suggest going elsewhere. We used this service for our wedding at our house and it cause more problems than I could imagine. To start with they missed their dropoff date of Thursday and delivered Friday and our wedding was the next day. My wife called asking if they would be able to help us set up since they missed their scheduled drop off date and by the time she got off the phone the owner of this company had her in tears. He had the bride to be in tears. There is much more to say than this but I think that gets the point across. This company acts very unprofessionally and has zero customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's My Party was recommended to us by Roswell River Landing. The set up was great but the men failed to return and pick up even though I let them know we would be there cleaning up until midnight and that the venue would re-open the next morning at 8 AM. They failed to show up on Sunday and pick up the massive tent, tables and linens and that cost us our deposit at Roswell River Landing. The owner of It's My Party and the woman who runs Roswell River Landing worked out a deal where they would each refund us $250 since the equipment not being picked up was out of our hands. Roswell River Landing held up their end of the bargain but It's My Party still hasn't refunded the money. Every time I email with the owner I get a different response - one time it was that the men came on Sunday but the venue wasn't open (not true since there was another event there that day and I personally spoke to the wedding planner who had been there since the early morning and no one had come by), another time, it was that the men who delivered the equipment quit on Saturday so they had no one to come on Sunday. Bottom line, it wasn't our fault that the tent, tables, and linens weren't picked up. I understand things happen and if the owner had just apologized for the hassle it caused us and refunded the $250, I would have given them a great review. But treating customers this way is unacceptable. It is well worth your time to find someone else.
