Cristy has deep roots in the Smoky Mountains going back generations. She loves discovering these mountains anew with her photography clients.

She was introduced to photography 7 years ago by her husband Isaac, giving her another outlet for her artistic eye. Her passion is clear in how she directs her portrait poses and is always searching for that moment that captures a story to be told by imagery.

A sense of pride and responsibility comes from wedding photography because on the most important day of a couple's life, there are no retakes. A wedding should last a lifetime, but the memory should last forever - in cherished photos.

Isaac started Isaac Trotter Photography in 2005 as more of an amateur hobbyist. He was able to explore fashion and beauty photography in a co-op studio down in Southern California. He started shooting weddings for friends in the area, as well through his network of industry associates. This lead to him photographing weddings in Nevada, New Jersey, and even Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive.

The travel bug has never left him, which allowed him the freedom to uproot and move to Tennessee when he met Cristy. Together they continue their love of wedding and portrait photography, and together they've traveled to Michigan, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and South Carolina for Destination Weddings. Isaac and Cristy are passionate about their photography and are firm believers in one important point - This is your day. They work hard to ensure that your dream comes to life.

So for a couple of secrets about Isaac. Most that know him, call him a coffee snob as he describes coffee like some do wines. He also loves exploring bourbons, and He's an unashamed "goofball". Cristy says she never knows what's going to come out of his mouth. But he always has his clients cracking up and relaxed when working with him.
