I toured IPC in 2019 for my 2020 wedding and knew I needed to sign right away. Patti and Lyn were - beyond - amazing throughout the entire process. Lyn gave an incredible site tour and was so knowledge and helpful with any operations/f&b question. Patti was ALWAYS available for any question, concern, check-in - she was with you the entire process. Because of 2020, we postponed the big day to 2021 and again, no issues and worked with all my vendors and made one of the toughest decisions so easy. We had to call the wedding for rain and Patti handled it flawlessly. The entire day was so perfect and it was because of them and their teams. The grounds themselves are magical at sunset, sooooo many places for photo ops and offer spacious reception space. The food was 10/10 and the service was great. I would not have changed a thing about this weekend. Thank you Patti, Lyn, & IPC team for everything you did!!

We held our reception at IPC back in November and couldn’t have asked for a better evening. The venue was decorated beautifully, the food was delicious and all the staff were great and attentive. Our evening was perfect in every way and would recommend this 10/10 times.

We booked IPC for our daughters wedding reception. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The food was fantastic that our guests are still talking about it. We had a large party 250+ and the venue was set up beautifully. The staff were wonderful, took care of all our needs. If you are looking for great memories for your occasion IPC is it!!

Absolute perfection from start to finish! From the planning to day of events, everything went without a hitch. I have 0 complaints and all rave reviews to give to the staff and planners involved in our big day. Thank you for making it so special for us!

I can not begin to thank the International Polo Club and Aaron's Catering for their amazing work for our wedding. Even though it rained; they were quick to respond and make the necessary arrangements and still have the ceremony wonderful. Our coordinator had everything in place and I did not have to ask her multiple times to get things done. The food was very good as well!

I couldn't be happier with how our December wedding turned out. The International Polo Club was completely what we wanted and everything was beyond our expectations. The crew (Aaron's Catering) was WONDERFUL. They helped out in whatever area we needed them, from the linens, to the wedding arch, to the menu and help with decorating the place for the wedding. The venue provides such a beautiful backdrop for the most beautiful photos you'd ever want. I truly wouldn't do anything over again as I loved EVERY SINGLE aspect of our wedding day. We would definitely recommend the Polo Club to anyone who asks. Thank you so much!

We had the most wonderful time on our wedding weekend and in large part it was due to Julie Pickens the entire team at IPC. Nelson, Jeff and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had what they needed, whether it was Advil, a drink, a place to hide or even someone to make them giggle for the camera.

We appreciate all you did to make our magical weekend come to life. Please make sure that Chef William and his team know that people are still talking about how delicious the food was! We have received several phone calls from guests still raving about the lobster rolls, coconut cake, the polo balls, slider, flat bread pizzas, the raw bar and so much more!!!

The presentation was executed to perfection and looked just as beautiful as it was delicious.

Showing up the next morning for brunch I loved how many of the guests felt as if they had been members there for years. Your staff remembered faces from the night before and even remembered certain beverage orders!!!

Please make sure you let the entire IPC team know that we cannot wait to see them for our anniversary! (but know we will be back before then)

This place is amazing! The food is incredible and the catering manager was a dream come true... They go out of their way to make sure you have a perfect day.

I had my December wedding at the IPC Field Side Pavilion, and I could not have been happier! The wedding was truly a dream come true. Julie, the catering manager, was so helpful throughout the entire planning process, and truly dedicated the time to making my wedding perfect! The staff was so professional, and we got SO many compliments on how delicious the food tasted. Everything was perfect and turned out so beautifully! The guests raved on just about everything the Pavilion had to offer. It was a dream come true!
