Jenna, John and the entire team at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich were absolutely fantastic to work with. We were a couple that had to postpone our wedding due to COVID an entire year. They were extremely accommodating and understanding to our situation and even more so when the Delta variant rose, causing concerns with our headcount. They truly worked to make this a stress free process for us. Jenna especially did everything she could to make our day special. The venue was a beautiful backdrop for our photos...rain or shine and the food...wow!!! Our guests are still talking about it. Thank you so much to this team for making our door even more wonderful then we could have ever imagined.

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue!

We looked at a number of places around Connecticut, some of which looked very nice, but once we stepped into the Hyatt Regency Greenwich, we knew instantly we had found the right venue for us!

Jenna, our point of contact, was extremely helpful and worked closely with us to iron out every single detail. She was great at communicating and responded extremely quickly to any question we had, and kept us in the loop about important things and dates, but at the same time gave us a lot of creative freedom to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted.

One of our favorite things about this venue is that we were able to have most of our wedding events under one roof - photos, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and afterparty all in one space! Our guests really appreciated not having to shuttle around, not to mention the fact that they were only a short walk away from their beds!

The gorgeous, newly renovated lobby was the perfect backdrop for all of our family and wedding party photos - and best of all, it was weather-controlled! We are still getting compliments on our photos and being asked where they were taken.

The lobby was also the absolute perfect venue for our cocktail hour. On a lovely October night we got to slowly watch the sun set and transform the lobby into a spectacular nighttime oasis. It felt very elegant, but at the same time accessible. The entire vibe of the hotel is relaxed, which made all of our guests feel very comfortable!

We also highly recommend checking out the new Townsend lobby bar! The drinks there are great and it was also a perfect spot to hang out with our wedding party and family after our rehearsal dinner.

We had both our ceremony and reception in the Sun Court, which is a very flexible space that gave us a lot of options to set it up the way we wanted. It was also able to comfortably fit our guests, tables, a dance floor, and more, and we were able to light it the exact way we wanted.

The food was some of the best we've had at any wedding - we highly recommend the steak!! We were able to do a tasting ahead of our wedding where we sampled so many great meal options, it became hard to choose! We also were given a number of great options for hors d’oeuvres as well as two food stations (we went with flatbreads and tacos). The bar service was also great, and we were able to do two specialty cocktails, both of which were amazing!

Jenna was not only present throughout the entire event, but also hands on in helping everything flow perfectly. We did not feel stressed once about timing because we knew she had it under control. At one point, part of my dress ripped and she was quickly able to get a sewing kit, and she helped me stay calm while it was sewn back up.

In addition to Jenna, every employee we interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. This includes the waitstaff, bartenders, front desk agents, bellhops, and valets. Even the bartenders at Townsend went out of their way to make us feel special.

We could go on and on about everything we loved about the Hyatt, but the best thing we could say is that they truly helped make the wedding of our dreams a reality!

We loved having our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich! Jenna was amazing throughout the process. The atrium is beautiful and such a unique location for cocktail hour! Everyone raved about the food and service. We can't thank them enough and are so happy we had our wedding reception here!

We can’t thank Jenna Kresback and her wonderful team at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Greenwich for helping to make our daughter’s wedding an absolute dream come true! The Atrium, sun court and the newly remodeled ballroom all added to the beauty of the day! You can’t ask for a better place than the Atrium for your wedding photos! It’s as if you’re on an island with palm trees, water features etc.
The food was absolutely delicious, and Jenna worked along with us to make sure everything was perfect! This was truly a magical wedding for my daughter and son in law!!

My wedding day at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich was a perfect day. The event manager, Jenna was more than helpful throughout the entire process - especially after having to move my wedding date a couple of times due to Covid. Jenna and her team were very accommodating. The day of the wedding Jenna and her team ensured everything went smoothly and did everything they could be to diligent and helpful. The venue is absolutely gorgeous with an indoor/outdoor feel and I would highly recommend this venue for any wedding or special event!

Nicole is great, she was warm and intelligent. She recommended the places to go for the cake and flowers. I would highly recommend her to plan your wedding. she was invaluable to us.

Our event was a family holiday party with guests from 7 months to 90 years old. Davonne was fabulous - made great suggestions for menu, timing, feeding kids, decor. The staff assigned were superb - all family members felt food was fabulous, bar service was top notch, and pace of evening was perfect. We wouldn't change a thing except, perhaps, skipping some of scrumptious hors d'oeuvres because portions were so generous. The mini beef Wellingtons were incredibly yummy and the Tod's Point Mediterranean Table was amazing.

We are already talking about next year! The event staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We had all attended other events at the Hyatt and agreed that this event was the best ever. Kudos to a graciously competent and skilled group!

We had a bar mitzvah for our son which is the same as the wedding package. Davonne was a pleasure to work with and she responded to all my emails and questions with the knowledge and eagerness to help. From planning to tasting, everything was perfect. My venue interaction was one of the less stressed part of planning this entire day. Davonne, Jessica, chef and the all the service staff exceeded our expectations. We had many food allergies in our party but those issues were all alleviated once we meet with the chef. He was so accommodating and made a really stressful situation , a very pleasing one. All the food that night was phenomenal.

My son was so happy with the entire event, he said he couldn't have asked for anything more, which coming from a teenager, says a lot. All the guests couldn't stop talking about this event for many days afterwards and sent us such nice notes, emails, texts, etc... about the event, food and their stay at the Hyatt.

Thank you Hyatt for making this one milestone night, a very special one and one to be remembered by everyone that was there.

The Hyatt by far exceeded our expectations for our wedding. Our friends and family were blown away by the luxury, decor, and the food. Everything we asked for was done. Not only did they respect the fact that my husband is in the military but they also put a POW/MIA/KIA table to the side out of pure honor and respect for soldiers who are imprisoned, missing, or killed in action. This was a special and moving touch done without even asking for it. Their flexibility in accommodating us was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel for any event that you may have.
