Lynn was so amazing to work with! She provided feedback whenever I asked for her advice and was always mindful of my vision. She went above and beyond for our day and I could not have been happier with the results.

The decor for our wedding was beautiful, however the service was absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
They were extremely unorganized, they forgot things we asked to see at the venue, were extremely rude when talking to family members that were assisting with the decor, and they did not have our venue set up at the time they agreed to do so. When asked why they were not set up at the time they agreed to, I was told they would just stop working and stop doing our wedding instead of answering simply questions. We spent hours and hours waiting for them to set up so our flowers and other decor could be finished. It was very frustrating.
House of Golden Aire was the only vendor we had a problem with for our wedding. Everyone else was wonderful and fulfilled their contract without any issues or attitude.
I've given them stars for value and quality of service because their finished product was beautiful. It is a terrible shame that their service is so awful.
