The food was spectacular — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious (our guests are still talking about it!). The space itself is stunning — elegant yet coastal. Our day was nothing short of perfect, and we truly couldn’t recommend Hotel LBI more highly!

From the moment I called to make my tour of the venue Donna seemed so excited for me. During my first tour, Chandra showed me and my maid of honor around and explained everything. She was so sweet and was able to answer all my questions. After having seen a few other venues prior to this, I knew that this was my dream venue. I had another tour and brought my now husband and both of our moms. Chandra and Donna showed us around and there was absolutely no pressure from them. They told us how the day would go and all of the things that they would be helping out with so that the day would run smoothly. I knew that if I chose them, they would take so much of the stress off of me. As soon as we left my fiancé said that this was his favorite place and that we should go with them. He said they seem to know what they’re doing and they were the best of all the places I had forced him to go. My mother felt the same way. We were so excited to choose hotel LBI. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and always helped with anything that I needed. They had set up multiple meetings and had them scheduled well in advance and told me what things needed to be done next without stressing me out. I was able to meet a lot of the staff who would be present on my wedding day. Even my tasting was a great experience with Petra and vincent.

My wedding day could not have went more smoothly. Everyone says there will be things that go wrong or things not placed in the right area. However, none of that happened on my wedding day. Everything ran perfectly smoothly and Petra had set up everything exactly how I envisioned if not better.

My maitre D was also phenomenal. She knew exactly what she was doing. Anything that happened she was prepared for. Even my husband‘s button fell off of his jacket and she sewed it on within minutes. She helped me transition my hair from a half up/half down to a low bun during the middle of my reception. She went and got my sneakers when I wanted out of my heals. She fixed my bustle when somebody had stepped on the dress while dancing and tore one of the hooks. She was so sweet and calm during the entire day.

They cleaned up everything at the end of the night and got everything back into my suite super organized.

Everything that they had done for me was part of their package and wedding experience. When you book hotel LBI everything will have been thought of. You don’t need any extras because they have created such a perfect wedding experience and cohesive plan for the day I really couldn’t have made it any better.

I truly feel they become your friends and you can tell they genuinely care. (I could even see them in the background of everything looking so happy for me and that they actually wanted to be there)

We truly could not have been happier with our wedding at Hotel LBI! From the very beginning, the team was incredible to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. One of our favorite parts of the day was the cocktail hour on the beautiful veranda. The space was absolutely stunning, and it created the perfect atmosphere for our guests to mingle and enjoy the evening. We were also able to customize the cocktail hour to include some of our favorite foods, which was such a nice personal touch. The food was absolutely amazing — our guests are still talking about it weeks later! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.

The reception space was just as impressive — elegant, warm, and welcoming. The service throughout the night was flawless. The staff moved everything along perfectly behind the scenes while making sure we were completely taken care of and didn’t have to worry about a thing.

We got married at Hotel LBI just over a month ago, and our guests are still raving about it—it was truly the best day of our lives!

From the moment we toured the venue with Donna, we knew this was the place. She was so thorough, spending an incredible amount of time walking us through every detail, answering all our questions, and making us feel completely at ease. We connected with her right away and absolutely loved her. Throughout the planning process, both Donna and Chandra were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind—always available to calm our nerves and guide us through the process. Every meeting left us more excited and confident that we were in great hands.

Our tasting felt like a royal experience thanks to Petra, who made us feel so special and taken care of. We decided to host all of our wedding events at Hotel LBI, and we’re so glad we did. Our rehearsal dinner at SALT was beautiful—elegant, intimate, and delicious. The welcome drinks at the Tide Pool Bar were a hit, giving our guests a fun and relaxed way to kick off the weekend with amazing drinks, bar pies, and top-notch bartenders.

When wedding day arrived, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly—even with a forecast that included rain and thunderstorms. Petra reassured us with her radar app (lol!), and just 30 minutes before the ceremony, the sun came out! The Hotel LBI team was on it—drying off the rooftop space with blowers and towels to make sure our ceremony started right on time. It was such a magical moment.

Throughout the day, the team went above and beyond. Petra made sure we had drinks in hand and smiles on our faces. Chandra even held up my dress and veil during photos to keep them picture-perfect. Donna consistently checking in on us - making sure the day was picture perfect. These small, thoughtful touches meant the world to us.

Guests raved about the cocktail hour, the reception dinner, and the overall vibe of the night. The staff helped bring our décor vision to life, placing our extra items perfectly and transforming the room into something straight out of a dream. The party was seamless from start to finish!

Even the morning-after breakfast buffet was a hit—delicious and a great way to send off our guests. We spent time relaxing by the pool after, and the staff (many of whom we hadn’t met before) still treated us like VIPs, congratulating us and making sure we were enjoying every moment.

Hotel LBI was by far the best wedding venue out there. The entire experience was just outstanding and our wedding day was over the top. The entire staff did an amazing job and you could just tell every one of them gave it their all to give you the best you deserve on your wedding day. Our guests made several comments on how friendly and accommodating everyone at Hotel LBI was, whether it was parking attendants, greeters, the front desk, waiters or bartenders – everyone was overly impressed with the service. We can not say enough good things about Donna, Petra, Erica, and Emily. From the first day we met with Donna, we knew that was where we wanted to get married. She was just the best and treated you as if you were her own kids getting married. She answered emails so quickly, addressing the many questions we had; gave us suggestions and advice throughout the entire process; she let us know she was there to help us with anything and that is exactly what she did. We knew we were in great hands and will forever be thankful for her. If Donna was out of the office, Erica was right there to step in and respond. They didn’t miss a beat. Petra and Emily were amazing the day of our wedding. Emily was by my side at all times helping with whatever I needed. My dress got dirty when we went to the beach for pictures and she did everything she could to get the train clean for me to walk down the aisle. She was on top of it! Petra was an incredible maître de and made everything flow seamlessly. We did not have to worry about a thing! It poured most of our wedding day so we had to move everything inside. Her and Donna coordinated everything to make the change and the staff did an outstanding job flipping the room over between ceremony and reception. It honestly worked out perfectly and everyone commented that they actually liked the Conservatory for the ceremony better because the room was just so different, and having cocktail hour in the Living Room was great, there was plenty of room for everyone to sit or mingle. The entire night went off without a hitch and it is all thanks to Donna, Petra and the rest of the team. The food is a whole other story. Cocktail hour was over the top! There were SO many choices. We upgraded to the Asian station which was a huge hit. The lamb chops were amazing, the shrimp cocktail was huge. Guests just raved about all of it! We went with the Filet and Lobster combo for dinner and everything was beyond delicious. It is so impressive that for such a large crowd every steak comes out cooked to perfection. Again, our guests could not have enough to say about the dinner, especially the fact that everyone at the table was served at the same time. It’s all the little details that really stand out to people and Hotel LBI definitely excelled in every aspect. Oh, and one more thing – the bridal suite – AMAZING! If you can book it, then splurge. It is so worth it! Still to this day we get comments from family and friends saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, that other cocktail hours will never compare to ours, that we set the bar pretty high for weddings going forward. It makes us so happy to hear this because it truly was the best day of our lives. We keep saying we wish we could go back and do it all over again. We can’t wait to go back for our anniversary!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding and the team at Hotel LBI were absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish, we have been blown away with the professionalism, responsiveness, kindness, inclusivity, and expertise that the Hotel LBI team exhibits. Donna and Erica were absolutely amazing to work with in the tour, booking, and planning processes. They would reply so quickly with a thorough response to any and all questions that we had. On the day of, Donna, Petra, and Leah were the best people to have around. Leah, our bridal attendant, thought of everything and was so kind throughout the entire day. Petra was a force to be reckoned with and kept everything in order with a gentle approach. We had the best day and were so grateful for the kindness and compassion the team showed us. They had us smiling all day.

With respect to food, we keep getting messages from family and friends telling us how delicious everything was. We loved our cocktail hour selections, opted to upgrade with the raw bar and late night snacks (taylor ham, egg, and cheeses -- great choice), and gave our guests entree selections (chicken, halibut, filet). Their timing was impeccable and our guests were so well fed. We also did a send-off breakfast and, of course, everything was delicious.

In addition to our wedding group, the front desk team and room block manager were incredibly professional and helpful throughout our stay at the hotel for us as well as our guests. Our tasting a few months earlier went so smoothly and the service team are next level.

You are truly getting a wrap around service when booking Hotel LBI for your wedding and you will not be disappointed. Their attention to detail is absolutely on point and they help you think of everything. I could not have imagined a better team to work with and am so glad that we were able to share this moment in our lives with such a wonderful group of individuals! We had our magical day at Hotel LBI and from start to finish it was the best experience we could ask for. We were blown away by the beautiful space at the first sight of it. After booking our date, Donna worked closely with us to help us plan a special day that was unique and personalized. Donna was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us great advice throughout the wedding planning process. We had frequent communications and she always responded promptly and thoroughly. She gave us great recommendations for vendors. When it came time for our big day, we knew we were in good hands with Donna and her team including Erica, Petra and Emily and the many other wonderful staff members at Hotel LBI. It gave us such peace of mind that everything would run smoothly so we were able to fully be present in the moment and enjoy our day to the fullest extent. It was incredible! The food was fantastic; the steak and lobster, which can be difficult to prepare on a large scale, was cooked perfectly for each one of our guests. The creme brulee was to die for! The bartenders were fast and efficient and served our guests quickly so lines did not form at the bars. The waitstaff service was outstanding. We chose to have our ceremony in the conservatory (gorgeous!) and after the room was transformed into our reception space while our guests were at the cocktail hour on the covered veranda. The team beautifully executed our vision and set each table meticulously with our decorations. During cocktail hour, we were able to slip away across the street to take sunset pictures on the bay. The proximity of Hotel LBI to the water offers an incredible opportunity for amazing pictures. There were so many spots throughout the hotel that offered beautiful backdrops for photos. This venue is really one of a kind and ticked every item on our checklist. Top ratings for every facet. Overall, we felt genuinely taken care of and that the Hotel LBI team was personally invested in our special day. We received so many compliments in the days after our wedding from friends and family about the memories made that will last a lifetime.

This weekend we had our wedding at Hotel LBI and what a truly amazing wedding it was. I found hotel lbi on wedding wire but what helped me decide is when we saw how beautiful the hotel was and when we met Erica and Donna. I wanted to start with Donna, wow she is truly the best wedding coordinator I believe out there. She was on top of everything and I never had to worry about a THING! I really can’t imagine going through this whole planning process without her. She was so professional, so responsive, so personable and overall just an absolute pleasure. Donna, Gabe, my family and I can’t thank you enough. Next Petra who is just as amazing. Both her and Donna have such a positive uplifting energy that being around them just makes everyone happy. We met Petra at our food tasting appointment and she was so fun, personable and very professional. Petra made sure to keep everyone in the loop all of the wedding day and our bridesmaids, groomsmen and family loved her! Both Kim, Petra and Donna made sure I had everything I needed before, during and after the wedding. Erica was also so great to work with. We met her at our first tour and she was amazing. Also helped answer a lot of questions along the way. Our welcome dinner and wedding was absolutely perfect and far exceeded my expectations. Our guests were raving about how great the food was, the gorgeous venue and how sweet all the hotel employees were. I truly can’t thank hotel lbi, Donna, Petra, Erica and Kim enough. Because of all of you we had the most special day. A wedding I will always look back on and remember as the most beautiful day.
