Used for hotel blocks for out of town guests
We were extremely pleased with our experience with Hemu while setting up hotel blocks for our guests! We found the best rate as well as the most rooms available per block at this hotel which was super helpful considering the large number of guests we had traveling in. Facility was very nice, appeared new. Would highly recommend!

My experience with The Holiday Inn at Hamilton Place was ok. There were a few things that I had concern about:
1 - After paying my deposit and finalizing my plans, the sales manager was terminated or resigned and I was never contacted. When I found out about her not being with the company, I called to inquire and I was told that she was on a leave of absence. My husband also called and he was told that she was no longer with the company. After requesting a meeting with the new sales manager, we were told that one had not been hired yet and that we would have to speak with the current GM. We were transferred to a voicemail and never called back. A few weeks later, I received an e-mail from the new sales manager and she asked me for the number of people for my guest list. Nothing else was discussed. My husband and I went to the hotel, spoke with her and got our contracts finalized again. She told us that she would not be at the hotel the day of our reception, but that she would make sure everything was ok. We set a date for a walk-through and when we got there the room was not setup correctly. The sales manager told us to come back the next day. When we got there the room was setup correctly.
2 - The banquet staff was amazing. But, there were a couple of the front desk staff that turned away guests who had gotten there late.
3 - We reserved a suite for the bride and groom when we did our contracts but when we went to check in, there was no room reserved for us. Luckily, there was a suite left for us.
