We chose the day of coordinator package, and we’re so glad we did! Heidi and Mandy did a wonderful job! Even in the rain, they made sure our day was nothing short of perfect! They met with us a couple months before the wedding, went to the rehearsal, and arrived early the day of to help with anything we needed. They stayed through most of the reception as well to ensure everything was running smoothly. We can’t imagine our wedding without them! If you’re considering booking, DO IT! You will not regret it! :)

I got the chance to work with Heidi and she had her sister Britany assisting her (Mandy was on maternity leave). They both did a killer job. Our day was so smooth and perfect and it was because Heidi worked hard to make it amazing. I’m a type A bride, I will have my hands in all the pots if you give me the opportunity. I didn’t have to have my hand in any pots, I didn’t have to stress and I didn’t have to hunt people down. Heidi tracked a vendor down by instagram messaging them because they weren’t responding. Heidi will go above and beyond for you. She sat with a fork trying to untangle my necklace, that’s how much she’ll make something happen for you. Thank you Heidi and Britany, our wedding was a dream because of your hard work!

Heidi and Mandy did an amazing job helping us decorate our outdoor wedding and head table! We built a pergola for the front of our ceremony that they helped us decorate, and I had a vision of a fabric/drapery wall at the back of the ceremony behind the chairs that I could "hide" behind until it was my turn to walk down the aisle. They made my vision a reality and I could not ask for more! 10/10 would recommend. Great value, very kind and professional, and exceptional quality.

Extraordinary from the start to the end. H&M events (Heidi & Mandy) were punctual, detailed, flexible, adaptable and simply amazing. H&M executed our dream wedding. We had zero stress at our wedding because everything was taken care of. H&M were very helpful every step of the way with planning. The weeks leading up to the event when you think you’d be stressed you weren’t. They just took care of it. I was able to give creative ideas that they helped execute better than I could imagine. H&M are the two sweetest and most hardworking women. I would recommend them to anyone planning an event, big or small.

We hired H&M Events to plan a small event for us. Heidi and Mandy made the planning process so easy and always gave timely reminders. Their coordination of the event was perfect.
