We loved the service from Hirschfeld's. They worked really hard to make sure everything was easy and just how we wanted it. We even had groomsmen trying on their tuxes the morning of the wedding and they still took care of everything they needed.

We were not satisfied with the service of this shop. We purchased the entire wedding party ensemble from there, but we wish we would have traveled to purchase. We started looking in December 2015 and purchased the wedding dress. We tried to purchase bridesmaid gowns around March, but were told that we had to wait until after prom was over. By the time prom was over, we were told the color of dresses we wanted couldn't be ordered because there was not enough time to special order them. The wedding dress was altered almost a full size too small, and when questioned about it, denied that the waist was altered and suggested weight gain (you could see the alteration seam). Three of the four bridesmaid dresses had to be safety pinned to stay in place, and the groomsmen didn't have all the pieces to their tuxes until two hours before rehearsal. The one good thing was the shop was very flexible with their time and accommodated our work schedules.

Awful. Only one rental was fully correct! None of the others fit well. Ring bearer got adult men's shoes. Measurements not done right. We were not told to return for a final fitting so if they didn't fit right it was our fault according to them. Rude staff!
