The Pavilion by Hilton is a beautifully restored historical building, providing a romantic setting for your special ceremony. Dating back to the 1800s, this charming limestone and wood event space is located in Hemisphere Park, just across the street from the Hilton Palacio del Rio, this room is ideal for a heartfelt ceremony event or sophisticated cocktail hour.
Both the El Mirador Ballroom and La Vista Ballroom are located on the 22nd floor of the hotel and offer panoramic views of the beautiful city skyline and River Walk for your reception event. Both spacious ballrooms provide lots of natural light to flood your celebration. Warm, neutral decor allows for easy transformation into the wedding theme of your choice. The Salon del Ray is a graceful Spanish-style ballroom ideal for hosting a grand wedding gala with plenty of natural light and fabulous views. The staff is amazing! great service.
Our event coordinator Nicole Garza made everything perfect! very responsive and very attentive and was there to make sure everything went right during the reception!
Highly recommended!
We worked with both Nikki and Nicole--our original coordinator had to "hand us off" to another coordinator about a month and a half before the wedding, due to a scheduling conflict. However, both coordinators were professional and very helpful! We did have to follow up with some of our e-mails, but all of our questions were answered, and they are willing to work with you on tweaking the details.
Our banquet captain was awesome--he even helped me and the bridesmaids in setting up the favors. The reception looked terrific--I would recommend working with their lighting company, but make sure they don't overcharge for the lighting.
The wedding and reception were beautiful--I definitely recommend this location to other brides.
